Went to Fabulous Freddy's so the Uber driver could purchase gas for his vehicle. Even though these are self-service pumps, there was gasoline attendants at each island to help you purchase, and pump your gas at no additional charge. Unlike days past when there was 2 prices listed on the marquee. One self-service, another for full-service, but full service included checking the oil and other fluids. Now the marquee still shows 2 prices at some stations. One for cash and another for debit/credit. Which is odd because I thought debit is the same as cash. It's definitely not credit. But not at Fabulous Freddy's. It's the same price whether you pay at the pump or cashier...nothing hidden there. You can even get a full service car wash including interior for only $20!

Montecito Marketplace needs some help. The parking lot is a mess with mass confusion, especially on the Smith's market side. Bad lot, and ding city for your vehicle. Carts everywhere from Smith's. Also, this area needs a lot of help for food services. Lack luster choices for eating out. Chilis was there years ago and they pulled out along with a couple of more. This was a bad build and needs some strength with some solid choices and a mass redo of a terrible parking experience and having to watch at every angle when you drive in here. that nobody crashes into you. Thank goodness we have some new areas of markets and shopping going in at Centennial Hills, to get away from this area.

Montecito Marketplace is a shopping center that contains a large grocery store (Smith's), gas stations (Smith's, Fabulous Freddy's Car Wash), banks (Chase, Wells Fargo), haircutting businesses (Great Clips, Back Stage Beauty Salon ), restaurants (Market Grille, El Pollo Loco, Rachel's Kitchen, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Blaze Pizza, China 1, Starbucks, BabyStacks Cafe) and a variety of other businesses. It is a very popular shopping center in a high traffic area along N. Durango in Centennial Hills. I have visited many of these businesses using Chase bank most frequently.

Using the GasBuddy app this place was showing up as about 50 cents cheaper per gallon for diesel fuel so I added it in as a route point on our trip. Sadly, when we arrived the price ended up being just as high as everywhere else in town so it looks like the app had just not been updated yet or the prices had very recently been changed. That said, we needed fuel so we filled up and headed out. Station was clean and there were no issues or problems and it seemed like a safe and decent part of town compared to some other areas we drove through.

For a a shopping center, its amazing. I have heard several times (but no one tells me how the got this infirmation) that this is the busiest shopping center in vegas, with the busiest Smiths in the country. Not sure but it is a super busy store for sure. This place really does have everything you could need from standard services to very good casual food options. As well as a few good traditional restaurants. The only knock is that parking is not great and many a time you gotta park out of your way to get to the service you want.

Nice strip mall, but the parking spots are tight and mostly full during regular business days. Just prepare yourself for a hike if it is Xmas time. I was there to go to the Dollar Tree and you can't see it from the street, there is another building between the street and the Dollar Tree storefront and sign. If you are going to something in that same end of the parking lot go past the entrance till you see the side street at the end of the parking lot. If you turn in here it makes it a lot easier.

I positively love the Market Grill Cafe. Montecito Marketplace? There may be other stores and banks, etc. here, BUT I only have eyes for my fave Greek restaurant. I recommend the saganaki to start, and then order the pomegranate chicken for your entree. You’re welcome!! PS Oh- their employees here are just lovely, and Linda is our very favorite. PPS don’t forget to try the pumpkin soup… the holidays in a cup!

This is a nice little shopping area, that has a lot of my favorite places to grab a quick bite. There is a Chipotle, Blaze, Starbucks and Port-o-Subs all working vicinity of one another. There is also a Smith’s grocery store and let’s not forget Baby Stacks is in this shopping center as well. I would have given this area 5 stars if the parking lot situation wasn’t as bad as it is by Chipotle.

This market place has a wide selection of places to visit and businesses. My favorites olaces here include Starbucks, Chipotle, and Smith's. Smith's has a nice health foods section. Tue Chipotle and Starbucks staffs were very friendly. This marketplace is out of my way but in the neighborhood of family so I would definitely visit again when I go back to that area.

There is plenty of shopping to be done here as well as other things there is a dental office and smoke shop and a sports clips so there is a multi diverse shopping center to get things done and some quick eat as well be careful home goods is in this area as well great cost on home things but bring some cash you will want to buy the whole place out.

Restaurants are good but there is always a problem with people asking for money. Whether it is the homeless or the same kids year around asking for money for their "basketball team" yourgoing to get hit up for your cash at least once every time you go to walk into a business. It has become a constant annoyance to say the least

Really loved it! Plenty of Restaurants and Stores. People in this area where all super friendly. The prices are a little higher, but totally worth it. You can definitely find something for the whole family. My daughter and I where there for 3 hours and we had a great time. Shopping Mall worth going to when in Cark County.

Good overall Shopping center, Smith's is the anchir. The parking on the Smith's side is little tight. Plenty of good restaurant options, sushi, Greek, pizza, pancakes, Starbucks. They also have a TJ Max and a 99 cent store,. Wells Fargo and a Citibank. So a little tight on parking I'm pretty much anything you could need.

Used to b a nice grocery store. Now highly disorganized. They close down to one door by 8-9pm which is highly inconvenient. And begin to stock at this time. So you have to walk around pallets and boxes out in every aisle. Poor management is all I can think. They lose thousands a day in revenue by these desicions

Montecito Marketplace that's where I Smith says very good place to shop and there's a lot of the shopping areas up in there you have Dollar Store you have couple of salons and spas Pizza Hut you have Chipotle all all kinds of stuff up in there it's a really good place to go and spend some money

Be careful of the cement parking blocks when you pull up into a parking spot. One had a huge iron rod sticking out of it. Ripped off my entire front bumper when I backed out! Montecito Market never returned my calls. I had to pay for it out of my pocket! I only use the drive thru ATM there now.

I hate going here ONLY because there is so much of a parking issue. Not their fault as the area just grew too fast and it's still trying to catch up. In general, however, pretty good choice of stores and restaurants in the middle of nowhere. Well maintained property. But that traffic! Whew!!

The Dentist was very kind and helpful , they did a cleaning on my 6 year old daughter and she was very happy and in the end she said she would like to go back to the nice lady :) that was the dental assistant she was very kind and helpful and my daughter loved how she cleaned her teeth.

Locally owned, amazing Mediterranean food. The chicken kebab was fantastic. The meat was marinaded and grilled perfectly. The vegetables on the kebab we're also marinaded and seasoned so well. The Greek salad was delicious too. Yum! Grandma was wrapping up silverware while we ate. Opa!

Went through self checkout, had some issues and the girl working the self checkout lane was so kind and patient with me. I kept scanning the groceries more than once because I wasn't paying attention. Her name was shantelle she definitely has great customer service skills!...

This shopping center is very busy and has some pretty common amenities;grocery store/pharmacy, gas station/car wash, fast food/restaurant/coffee, gym, retail. It's right next to the Centennial Hills Hospitals, Southwest Medical Associates - Monteceito right behind it.

Convenient location off Hwy 95 and 215 at N Durango. Ample parking handicap accessible with diversity of stores, restaurants and Smiths grocery. There are also banks, Medical center, dental office, gym, and two gas stations. Neat clean large parking spaces.

Perfect shopping center. Eat (several choices ++ variety) SMITH'S groceries ++ no lines! get a hair cut, fill up your car, Starbucks, banking(3), clothing TJ Max, Dollar Tree.. This shopping center has everything.. anyone could Need/Want right here.

I stopped going to the one down the hill from the house love this one because they customer service is wonderful! If I need something in the fresh vegetables and fruit all I have to do is ask especially Jeff who makes sure i get everything. I need!

This mall has many of the things you need: A grocery store with a bank inside, other banks outside, restaurants galore, shopping, gas station, a place to get your coffee in the am, as salon, and so much more!

I walk to this area almost daily. One star off for the cancelling of mobile vending here, I thought that was a nice touch while it lasted i wish there was more late-night business (24 Hour Smith's was nice).

Didn't go to the chiropractor place, but have been to Smith's, and it's a beautiful store, very clean and fresh. Also like that my eye Dr is in the same area. There are many other businesses there as well.

Brought my dog to be groomed at Wolfgang's bakery. It was absolutely fantastic! the staff is wonderful and they really cared about my pupper. He got lots of good pampering and a beautiful cut.

While it's very busy it is a great place for just about everything. For me its a stop at the bank, then FedEx, and finally Smith's for groceries to compliment dinner thats already cooking!

Good place to shop, get coffee, and Chipotle. Pretty much your morning and evening stop during the week. Haven't seen any crime or anyone killed, yet, so that's good.

I live By here and they have a little bit of everything, the smiths is nice and has variety, also there is a variety of food, nice place to stop if you live by.

Smith's is my go to grocery store. It's a beautiful store. The employees are always friendly. And, not as busy as it was. Now that the New Smith's has opened.

I stopped by this market place to visit Starbucks. The location is well taken care of. My Starbucks visit was amazing, the staff went above and beyond.

We had the Greek Trio, which was fabulous. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Ambiance was great along with excellent staff and live music.
