I picked up”Moorooka Dental Care” contact details from the web. I rang for a few questions and the happy voice of Frances had calmed my anxiety down quickly! Dr Kadwa greeted me from the front bench, took me in for the X-ray, dental assessment, carefully explaining the procedure, answered my questions and quoted for the works. He offered to breakdown work items to suit with my needs. The quote was surprisingly very compatible with my previous quote from overseas. (I know I am going to have my dental treatment in the safe zone, most medical advances in Australia). The implant work went smoothly, so smooth that the team had to remind me “Done!”, well beyond my imagination. When he saw me off with the aftercare instructions, I could feel his professional manners with caring characters. I know he has done a few thousand implants but I still received the care of his first. Thanks Zaheer! I requested X-ray images, Fatimatu responded promptly with friendly chatting. I also would like to thank Dr Linh Trần who was in the operation team at the treatment and follow up cares.

Frances and Claire at reception are always lovely, understanding and accommodating. The entire staff that I have interacted with have exceptional interpersonal skills and bedside manner and I have never felt so consistently comfortable at a dental practice. As well as projecting a feeling of warmth and safety (and a keen memory for personal details) Dr Reza is also very technically competent with excellent communication while performing procedures. In my experience at this practice he is always willing to go that extra mile to make sure a filling and bite post procedure is comfortable. The dental assistants have always been lovely and expert at suctioning away secretions so the entire time in the chair feels quick and easy. A big thankyou to all the staff at Moorooka Dental Care for making a trip to the dentist feel safe and easy. If you're in the market for a dental practice I can't recommend highly enough. 10/10 would attend again.

The most amazing dental practice I have ever been to. This practice is just incredible. I have had previous experiences with other dental practices and I am really lucky to have found Moorooka dental care. Great experience with this dental team. Everyone there are friendly and completely professional. Not only their customer service is 5 star but their work is equally 5 star and more. I was seen by Dr Reza who was just absolutely amazing. He took his time in explaining every single step of the way. Unlike other dentists who keeps rushing just to get to the next client, Dr Reza made sure I was comfortable and understood what was happenning every step of the way. My last dental review was when I was in high school. I was visiting my family from Melbourne after Moorooka Dental care was highly recommended to I decided to go in for check up. I had a cracked molar that been there for so long I kept putting it off to fix it due to anxiety going to the dentist. Dr Tina and the amazing staff at Moorooka Dental Care made my visit very pleasant. I had a clean up and my cracked molar fixed with no pain. My 9 year old girl loved her dental check and clean up. The staff made her feel so relaxed the moment we walking in. The price was way cheaper from what I had anticipated. I have not been to the dentist in years and only went today as it was an emergency. I went to Moorooka Dental Care because a few people had recommended it. All I have to say is that for someone that gets very anxious, I was put at ease even before I sat in the chair. It started from the Receptionist, Fatimata, to Ahmed (owner), to Dentist (Reza), to his dental assistant (Raeesa). They were all so amazing and Reza was so gentle and caring and explained every step. I was very comfortable. I will definately be going back, will take my son there from now on and tell all my family and friends about this place. Customer service is top notch! Can't thank the team at Morooka dental care enough for an amazing friendly experience! I have now seen both Dr Reza Sunny for general cosmetics work including fillings to teeth whitening, clean up/check ups. Very good at explaining and being upfront with procedures process and Dr Zaheer who removed both my bottom wisdoms last week did an absolute fantastic job from start to finish. I'm normally VERY apprehensive about visiting the dentist but after reading the reviews I felt brave enough to give it a go and I'm so happy that I did. The girls at reception were very friendly and the practice manager took the time to chat to those waiting which really helped calm the nerves. Dr Zaheer was very professional in explaining everything to me and made sure he went at a pace I felt comfortable with. I've been back a few times now and I'm glad to say that I finally found my dentist. Highly recommend!

My partner and I were visiting Brisbane and she had a toothache. We booked in two later due to a public holiday. Her tooth extraction was difficult but she received empathic, caring and supportive treatment. The Dentists were friendly and the DA was a pleasure to speak to as well. The after care was excellent, we received a follow call the next day. If we lived in Brisbane this practice would be the one we would solely visit. The pricing was fair and reasonable as well. The interaction by all staff and dentists at this centre has been 10 out of 10 for me. Very friendly as well as professional. They fit me in to get all my appts done in one day, as I only have one day off! This is the first dental clinic I have ever been to where I have been put at ease by the friendly dentist & her assistant as soon as I walked into the room. Fantastic staff. I am a truly anxious patient, and the receptionist, Frances, who took my first contact call, I felt safe. Dr Reza Sunny was so patient with me, allowing me to do tapping when I was overwhelmed, never losing focus, totally understanding. Incredibly kind. Incredibly good dentist. I had cleaning, filling, and removal of a broken molar. Even though I may still get anxious I feel safe returning when needed.

I had chipped my front tooth. Tina had made me feel very comfortable when I arrived at the surgery. She clearly explained what she was going to do. My tooth doesn't even look as though there had been a problem. Tina did an awesome job. I highly recommend her as a dentist. The staff at the front desk were also very helpful.

After giving me crowns I can't floss and already starting to decay in that area, the dentist decided to cut my gums back for cosmetic purposes after I told him not to. I was quoted $1170 to fix 6 crowns that I already paid for. When asked for the money back was denied. I did meet one good dentist there though dr reza.

Always excellent and easy appointments, had 4 of my wisdom teeth removed recently and was uneasy at first but was assured it wont be as painful as others make it out to be. Sure enough, was entireless painless and was calm the entire time. Recovery was also easy and only took a few days for the swellness to go away.

Only been going here a short while but the whole staff has been completely amazing trying to fit in with my schedule, my anxiety’s and making sure I get amazing service AND still be comfortable with them. I am now bringing my daughter and sister to this amazing company who honestly cares about their clients!!
