Throughout the years ,the staff and owners at this pharmacy have consistently been friendly helpful and understanding. However, in recent months, there has been a slight change in the demeanor of the pharmacists who are perhaps new. They don’t seem as friendly or as helpful as the staff who are usually there,. Additionally, I have noticed a slight increase in prices too. It would be appreciated if the new pharmacists or workers could be gently reminded to uphold the high standards set by the owners and other staff who have diligently built a commendable reputation over the years for being helpful, caring, friendly, and just set a good standard for customer service. I hope these minor issues can be addressed, as I have no desire to switch pharmacies.

Chempro Morningside has provided me and my daughter with our prescriptions since 2015, sadly I have now moved to the northside and will have to seek out a new chemist. Not only does this chemist open late every night but the staff's customer service is beyond exceptional! Huong and Paul always made a point of getting to know me and I felt so much more than just another customer. My daughter has a fairly rare medical condition which required some extra attention, I was blessed to have them handy to my home and always felt they had our best interests at hand.

Exorbitant prescription prices that don't match the prices advertised on the Chempro website. I had to pay approx $42 for two medications that are advertised on the website as costing approx $25. The advertised price is the same price that Chemist Warehouse charges, so I decided to go with Chempro as the delivery was cheaper. By the time Chempro informed me of the price they had already dispensed the prescription so it was too late to cancel. Straight up false advertising, I will never take my scripts here again.

You can get slightly cheaper medications from those big discount chemists, but if you want actual service from a pharmacist who cares about you, if you want to be able to purchase medications after 5pm, then you better support chemists like this. The pharmacist here is so friendly and accessible, always more than happy to chat with you about medications. I work long hours so I really appreciate them being open at night. God forbid they close down because they can't compete with those awful discount chemists.

**People who care about their customers** I received a phone call from Hung advising of some concerns my 80 year old Mother may be having with taking her medication. Hung was so helpful and provided a great solution for my Mothers needs. I would not have known there was an issue unless he had raised this with me. I feel like my mother has someone else is looking after her when I'm unable to. Genuinely grateful for the phone call AND service from the entire team. Highly recommended :)

Can’t stress enough how good the chemist, the pharmacists and assistants are. Extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Recently have had COVID and they’ve been able to arrange contactless payment and curb side drop off which is extremely helpful. If you’re looking for a local pharmacy that genuinely cares, has great knowledge and treats all customers with kindness, look no further than here. Thanks guys!

I have always had great service here, short wait times, good advice given etc. But this week they went above and beyond to get a medication for my son that was out of stock everywhere I had checked and out of stock from the supplier also. I didn't even have to ask. I got an unexpected call saying I have some for you that I tracked down from another pharmacy. Life savers! I couldn't be more greatful.

The location is great, staff are always friendly and helpful in store but they never answer their phone! They need more staff as it gets very busy. Since posting about the lack of phone service, every single call I have made to the store has been answered. Well done to all the Staff at Chempro Morningside.

The staff were extremely helpful in guiding me towards an outcome fighting symptoms I hadn't faced before. They were patient and thoughtful when dealing with me as a customer who was unable to talk at the time. Highly recommended this chemist both for pricing, range and great staff. Thanks guys.

The staff and Pharmacist at this clinic went above and beyond to assist me with the necessary supplies when I was Covid positive. They were happy to complete a contact less payment and drop for me. Very friendly and accommodating. Clearly good people who care about their customers. Thank you.

Overpriced. Came to get prescription filled and just discovered that they over charged by double the price that of chemist warehouse. I assumed they might be a little higher and only went there as I was doing groceries, but paying an extra $20 is way too much. Don’t recommend.

Extortion on masks... $58 for 50 when everywhere else is selling them for $15. The excuse given was... 'we paid more for them when we got them'. We tried to support a local business and got ripped off instead. Very disappointing.

Chempro pharmacy is my local pharmacist. I’ve always found their pharmacists and staff to be very Informative and helpful. Their products are all well priced and there is wide variety of products

Rude staff, mainly from the Chemist himself trying to order me to wait outside for a $2 lollie. Will spend my money elsewhere as I was a regular shopper to Chempro’s.

The lady with blue in her hair was really friendly 10/10 customer service. They have got some fully sick pit viper style sunnies too.
