Our family had been going to Steve's Mornington Motors for years, and have had 4 vehicles go through their premises. This is the first time I have felt the need to review a bad service. We won't use Mornington Motors any further. We wanted to sell our 2007 car so we had it looked over and road-worthied by Mornington Motors. We picked up the car, and drove it home to find it was still running very poorly and was without a drop of oil in the tank. Through follow up Steve was very short and unhelpful - which just exaggerated an already poor service.

Seems like my husband had our vehicles serviced here for decades, so when I wanted a service I automatically kept up the tradition and I am glad I did. I am extremely happy with their fine work. It is a family owned business:- grandfather, sons, grandson and their delightful secretary Sarah who is quite happy to pick you up or drop you off when you can't organize your own lift. Bear in mind Sarah doesn't start work until 9am.

Mick and the team were fantastic today. I sent an SMS enquiry about a car and within a few minutes they were on the phone and giving me a video inspection (that's covid19). Barely 2 hours after my first contact, the car was cleaned and delivered right to my door. The best experience I've had ever purchasing a car. Thanks guys for making this a fun experience.

My mechanic had a injury, and he passed me on to these guys. The service was fantastic and I got a call asap they looked at my car. I thought I needed a new clutch. But it turned I need clutch fluid instead. Great to find another mechanic who is honest and for a good price. Definitely recommend Mornington Motor's

Was asked to do a eSafety check for our NSW rego renewal on our vehicle, rather than say they don't do them the performed a full roadworthy without quoting a price. The eSafety check is $42 in NSW we were charged $220. What a rip-off will not be using this company ever again.

Needed an urgent last minute diagnosis and fix on my reliable Toyota. The team couldn’t have been more obliging in squeezing it into their schedule. A few replacement parts fitted and I was back on the road by mid afternoon at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

Very poor customer service and terrible people skills, I took my vehicle here for a service, left the shop running just as bad as when it went in ! A shame really, as i was recommended Mornington motors from a friend and they really dropped the ball.

You cannot beat this auto repairs! Sensational service and our Volvo XC60 has never run better. We were visiting from Sydney and they really went out of their way to fit us in and ensure we have a safe trip home.

I got quoted $1200 for a head gasket and was charged $2300 also there were loose exhaust manifold bolts and my alternator wasn't tensioned.dodgy work I could get a whole new engine for$30000
