Poor customer service. I questioned why there was a discrepancy between the prices for two different flavours of panadol. The assistant confirmed the items scanned at different prices but had the same 'cost' price. They said it appear they had not updated the price for the cheaper flavour and told me I would have to pay the higher price whichever I chose. Disappointing since I did them a favour by pointing it out and, in doing so, saved them money from future lost revenue. I should have kept my mouth shut! Despite it being my local chemist for many years I doubt I'll be going back. Sure it was only a couple of bucks extra, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended, lol!).

They overcharge significantly!!! Bought chlorsig eye drops for $15+. Then had to buy it again and did so at another pharmacy that charged $8. I also noticed that I had to ask many questions about the way to use this products on kids. Staff did not have the initiative to offer any instructions unless I required it and this being an antibiotic you would expect they would promote safe use.

This chemist has great staff with a lot of knowledge and are friendly however they extremely overcharge, they mark up the prices significantly on all medications even with medication on the PBS is more as they charge "dispenser" fees.

I was isolating with COVID and wanted to buy some decongestant tablets. The pharmacy offered to deliver it to my door. Really appreciated this!
