Hounslow branch Absolutely shocking service when getting a refund . I bought a suit but they had to order it in for £167 . When I went home online was cheaper for some reason which was £112. So we went back to the store and the staff refused to give us a refund as we have to wait for product to come into the store . I’m like we haven’t received the product so why can’t you just give us a refund . The manager Abdul which I’m not sure that’s his name or not said we are getting rude and we won’t serve you if we carry on like this . I’m like I just want a refund . We are within the 14 day period plus we haven’t even received the suit . But he kept saying we can’t do it until the product arrives and he also said why did you buy the suit . I was shocked the way they were behaving , obviously there upset because there about to lose there commission and I bought it online . So I went Home contacted head office and they said they can give me a refund in store . So head office contacted them and I was told I can go in again and get a refund . So my wife went and THEY SAID THE SAME THING , NO REFUNDS TILL THE PRODUCT COMES IN. So they told my wife to and wait , eventually they got the product in after two hours and they refunded it. Luckily my wife is very patient and soon as she left the staff kept asking why did you buy the suit from us . He also said online product might not be the same . Moss bros head office said that’s untrue . The head office dealt with the situation really well but the HOUNSLOW branch won’t listening to them . I’m shocked this kind of behaviour is still happening and I will have to report this to trading standards . I will never buy from moss bros high street stores again , very hard sellers . They just interested in there commission and don’t care about customers needs .

Avoid this store the store manager needs to be demoted ASAP think his name is Dee, rude and unprofessional. I have bought several iteams here in the last 4 months, 1 day ago spent just under £400 not lot but could be to others I said could you please wave the £5 charge for suit bag I just spent best part of £400 on a suit and shirt you want Me to carry it out without a suit bag if was not for the salesmen Raheel I would just stopped the purchase and walked I thought Raheel might be on commission and his customer service was 5 star a credit to moss bros. Definitely will not be giving any more business to this company as buy new suit every 2 months lost valued customer over £5 suit bag why sell suits if you can't provide a suitvbag like all other stores its not tesco where you have charge cause of use of plastic

A smallish store, but they still have a large range of suits to choose from. I rented suits for my wedding and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the suits were. Not worn out, not dirty, no stains #stoked. The staff in store were helpful and got me sorted out with all my suits with little to no stress. Perfect for the day before my wedding. There are no larger sizes in store (42" waists will battle), but I ordered on line and it arrived at the store, no fuss. The online shopping system needs SERIOUS work. It's not intuitive or user friendly. You need serious patience especially if you are ordering more than 4 suits. Other than that a good experience.

Moss Bros Hounslow Made-to-measure service I’ve had my wedding suits made for me, my father and brothers in this branch and The service I received overall was absolutely amazing. The guy measured us all and made sure everything was spot-on and he was very realistic about the the length of time it was going to take to make this suits. He promised 30 days and suites were ready as promised. I was very pleased with Fit. This branch is nice, clean and tidy and staff are very experienced and helpful. I would most defiantly recommend for anyone to shop there.

Called the Uxbrigde Moss branch and sales exccutive said he had my trousers for me in stock when i got there he said i dont have them and wasted my time hellmed confused Called Hounslow branch and spoke to Raheel and they had my size in stock with no hassle ! Raheel l made everything possible finding me the trouser i needed i would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a suit, hes honest and will do everything he can to make sure you recieve 100% customer service. This was the second Moss Bros that I've visited in the past week, and amazingly the customer service was even worse here than at the previous one! Having booked a 5:15 appointment, I arrived and was told that there we no hiring appointments after 5pm (even though the booking confirmed 5:15). The shop was open until 6pm. They weren't busy - there were sales people available. They just couldn't be bothered to serve me. Went to Debenhams afterwards and they were much more helpful.

I was in Moss Bros looking for a suit as I had a wedding coming up. Went in looking for help and asked and a very rude girl named Hana was mouthing off and swearing at a member of management. This was all taking place in front of customers and did make the company look very bad and unprofessional as I had bought from here before, with this kind of behaviour I will not be coming back again.

Recently to this store on the morning of a wedding, still not sure what I was going to wear as I had been so busy in the days preceding. Ansol was extremely helpful, suggesting what I could wear to match the jacket I already had. I was very happy with my outfit having purchased trousers and a tie with Ansol's help. Thanks Ansol - really appreciate it!

Customer service has no knowledge of suits when it will arrive or has any!! I don’t know how Moss train their staff I went to another branch they helped me so good and advice what to do!! The person who served couldn’t be asked to sell the suit!! I am really disappointed wouldn’t come here again!! Waste of time and money

I’ve just ordered my suits made for me, in this branch and The service I received was absolutely fantastic. Zobair shirzad measured me and made sure everything was spot-on and he was very professional spent over some hours just following me, if you need a tailored suit ask about him in the store. I've always Moss Bros as of shady stores typical car sales people but i am so wrong. I've used the Hounslow store quite frequently and so impressed their range, their click and service, service and their staff, who are always immaculately dressed. I highly recommend Moss Bros for all round service and experience

I went to this store to hire black Tuxedo for New Years dinner function. Service was really great as the guy sized me Well on such short notice. I’m glad I went there as the quality of their hire tuxedos is really good. So yes I would recommend this store for anyone that needs Formal Wear.

I purchased Ted Baker grey suit, 6 shirts and 3 ties from this store on Black Friday. The service was fantastic as I got measured properly for my new suit. I received 20% off my purchase. All in all it took 30 minutes to complete my purchase. I will go back again on Boxing Day

Moss is a good company but this branch is trash, suit ordered online then when you return it you get accused of wearing it even though its all still new, atrocious to even be accused of this and then make out the exchange is some sort of favour to you. I will never go here again

Great customer service by the one colleague (john), the others just give you blank looks (look like they are afraid). They only ever have one great suit selling the others are normal, but that works in my favour if they had better suits. I'd probably walk out with all of them.

i paid over 350£ for a suit that online was more then 100£ cheaper. however when i was at store they never mentioned anything about discounts or whatever.. so i had to pay an overly amount. rude hounslow staff bad costumer service and very disappointed.

Nice and good quality clothes. Located at Hounslow high street, close to Primark store. This store never disappoints me whenever I am looking to buy formals / casuals shirts & trousers. Good value. I fully recommend this store for formal clothing.

I visit this store on regular basis and the service is excellent. Especially from the store manager. He even remembers what suit or trousers I've bought on previous occassions. I recommend this store greatly and will come back again.

My fiancé ordered a suit with plenty of time to spare before his best friend's wedding, somehow they messed up and it literally turned up the day before the wedding. Can be quite hard to get hold of them on the phone also.

I can'tbelieve that such a reputable store employs such rude staff. As long as I live,nobody has ever treated me like that in any store. Customers servises at the lowest level. I would not even give one star.

Raheel saved the day!!! Sourced my fiancés wedding suit even though it was sold out everywhere. Found the jacket, waistcoat and trousers and tailored it to perfection. We were one happy bride and groom!
