This is a Community Park,its not for Out Siders, that's why they haven't Put any Parking spaces.all we have is A little curb spaces.Cause when I bought My house, it says Terry Heights " & now They change the name to Kessler park. But my deed says Terry Heights " Since 1999 - but People come over to walk and Use our Park for jogging are walking & Use the Play grounds to bring their children To play while the parents,walk around. They have barbecue grills and picnic tables But they have not put Signs to say its Only for the people living here. Thank God.

Very safe park in a residential neighborhood. There are usually people here with their families and pets. The community keeps this park clean and they do not destroy the equipment. Everyone at the park is always nice and the kids love to play with each other. I know they also have community events here like movies on the lawn. We love this park and never worry about our safety. The parking is along the street and it can sometimes be busy/packed.

Not bad, but not that good, just okay. This park doesn't have much to offer, it has a small playground for kids and a side walk that goes around the whole park (and block). There also a large portion of the park sealed off, I'm not sure what it is but i think it a private tennis cort or something like that. Ether way it's private. Still this park is clean and lonely most of the time i pass by it. I will say this, it makes for a nice walk.

Great place to take the kids! I accidentally left my phone after visiting the park with the kids. I was gone about 30 minutes before I realized it was gone and another ten minutes to get back. As soon as I walked up another mom came up to me and asked if I left my phone. She held it for me till I came back. That is exactly the type of place that I will definitely go back to.

This is a neighborhood park!! We have been living in Kessler Park for 20 years. In past years the park has been great. Now it's crowded with people from other neighborhoods and the apartments on Jefferson. There's also trash everywhere and the lights never came on.

During the apocalypse you can find neighbors getting air and staying 10 feet apart as well as exercising in this small but clean neighborhood park. I wouldn't let my kid play on the playground but she did climb on the rocks.

Small and clean, I definitely love when we want to bring our kids out and we find a park that is actually clean, meaning no trash and things aren't broken. I hope they keep up the care they are taking on this park.

It's a small park, but it's generaly very clean and fairly safe. Many families enjoy this park and an upgrade for the playground area would be nice.

Small little park to hangout with friends and family. I also love the trees that they planted a couple years ago. It's perfect for mini photoshoots

Good Little park. Not that many people, and not over crowded, so the kiddos are struggling to play on the play ground. Good park to visit.
