So far it’s all been a very smooth transaction. My unit was clean and ready for me same day as booking it online. Paperless/online portal is very easy to use. EDIT: My original review was a 5 review. However I've had to change it. Mid December I was notified of a rental increase of about $10 starting the new year. Around the time of the notice I let them know that I was MOVING OUT. Of course no one ever answers the phone so I left a voicemail and got a call back. The property manager stated that he will leave a note on my account in which he did. However even after I moved out on 01/01/2021, left a few voicemails stating that I've cleaned out the unit, and sent emails that I cleaned out the unit. No one has called me back. They've constantly tried to debut my account. Although I NEVER signed the form for them to direct debit my account EVER. My card was saved to file at sign up even thou I selected for it to not be saved. They've sent emails of a lock out stating that they've doubled locked the storage door. However if the unit was ACTUALLY CHECKED they would've have seen that its completely cleaned out and my lock is no longer there. How can they double lock a door with no locks on it to begin with. It's a shame that I felt I had to write this review to get someone to STOP DEBITING MY CARD and close the dang account. I accur fees everytime a payment is denied in my account. Is this company going to reimburse me?

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I've had nothing but disappointing experiences since the current owners took control of this facility.... I had another one earlier tonight at 9:53pm when I was denied access onto the property and ultimately my belongings.... My family and I have been loyal customers for well over 15 years.... I have automatic monthly payment deduction. That's supposed to make things easier.... IT DOESN'T! Each month my bank statements indicate that the storage facility has been paid. But every other month, I am denied access to my things.... They always say that it's a problem with their billing system but it's never corrected. I am then given any number of other excuses. None of them useful.... I called the emergency number earlier tonight but it was disconnected/no longer in service.... You would think that a company of this magnitude would conduct themselves better.... THEY DO NOT! You would think that they would value their customers time and appreciate their loyalty.... THEY DO NOT! They only seem to care about their money.... Which, by the way, is my money. Especially since I'm paying for a service that I'm not receiving.... Memorial Move It Self Storage, if you are listening, I challenge you to contact me and correct these errors, nuisances, and inconveniences.... If not, I will activately be looking for another nearby facility with which to do business with....

STAY AWAY!! THEFT!!!! I’ve rented a unit for about a year, when a few items didn’t fit into my truck on my original move from the area. I have made every payment for this unit and just returned to collect my items. Unfortunately the Dyson vacuum cleaner and my commuter bike (both high price items) were STOLEN from the unit. I want to specifically note that my lock was NOT broken, which suggests an inside job. I called the company and left a message and the manager, Candice, did return my call a few hours later. Unfortunately all she could do was reassure me that theft doesn’t happen under her watch. That’s fair enough and I’m not saying it did happen under her watch. However, missing high ticket items are now gone from a unit I didn’t didn’t check on in many months - and there are no visible signs of a break in ‍♀️ Sadly the only thing I’m able to do now is file a police report to investigate this establishment and try to claim insurance. If you’re looking for a place to store your items SAFELY - his “Move It” location is NOT it!!!!

I was with move it storage for about two years, I recently called to pay my monthly rent and was told that I didn't have a unit in my name. After some searching they supposedly found it. I was a bit thrown off because they charged a bit less this particular month. So I asked my husband to go check to see what's going on.What he found was an empty storage. I moved my entire house in there and came to help my father for a while. I planned to come back, I have nothing, paperwork, clothes, shoes, t.v. beds .everything! Apparently if you choose a lessor insurance that's what they will pay you. 1000 dollars was all I received. I put sentimental things that were priceless in there. I am devastated and will never trust another storage. What were we paying for, I thought my stuff was safe. The manager said that 30 storages were broken into within the month. The statements about this place is false because they suck. I wouldn't trust anything in their care.

When I first started to apply online I got a phone call from the storage place. Happily the manager who called me assured me all was right and well, he was just speeding things up for me. He happily showed me my unit and I proceeded to move in. However, I ended up needing a bigger storage unit. Instead of giving me a hard time about it he quickly found me a better unit, got all the paperwork done in minutes and I got settled into the new space. A+++ in customer service. It was hot and humid outside and he could have easily gotten worked up over having to be outside in the heat. I appreciate the patience he showed me. They earned my ongoing business!

The onsite manager was outstanding. It was Memorial Day and we had construction people starting work the following day and needed to get something done that day. He was far and away the most helpful person I encountered after speaking with several competitors. Once onsite, he was helpful in positioning us in good location that worked well for us. I was so impressed with the service he provided, if he were to move to another location, I would consider moving my stuff. OK, that may be a bit of an exaggeration, but I think you get my point. Storage is a commodity, the personal element is not.

Erik was super helpful. He answered my questions before I could even ask! Meaning he was thorough and made everything easy to understand. The lot was very clean and the security gave me peace of mind. The price for the locker I ordered was what I was expecting. Didn’t break the bank and knowing that I can look out of my back porch and see the building is a plus for me. Thank you for making this process smooth Erik, 20 minutes and we were done and I had my locker! I will recommend “move it storage “ to anyone looking for a locker.

I originally made a reservation online and cancelled as I was uncertain what I needed was available however Darius reached out to me this morning to verify things and I am glad he did! He was able to answer all concerns I had with needing climate controlled and allowed me to come in and view my options. I was able to find what I needed and I am very satisfied with the help I received and the initiative Darius took to help me out today

I rented a unit online on a sunday. I pulled up to the unit with a truck and trailer full of stuff for the gate code to not work. I called the 800 number twice and they said they would have the manager call me back. No one called and here it is thursday and still no one ever called me. I had to put all my stuff in my moms house temporarily. I had to call them to get my refund and still waiting on that too

Darius was amazing I needed a storage unit on Memorial Day and there closed but he was so nice he came in on his offday to help me out. He did everything over the phone and that was so convenient and because he came in on his off day I was able to move my things on mines. He explained everything very well and to me and my daughter. The location is clean and the staff is very friendly.

I am very impressed with Memorial Bargain Storage - especially Michelle Wellington, the Manager. She was so organized and very professional - she is also very caring and personable! She was certainly a bright star in my dark day. I have passed this storage area many times and luckily had not needed a unit until "Harvey" displaced us from our home of 25 years. My wife took a trip to Houston, TX to get away for a few months and needed a place to store her large art pieces before shipping them home to Colorado. I told her about Bargain Storage here and suggested she look up if there was one in the area. Well wouldn't you know, there is one right there in Houston. She's so happy to have a place to safely store her art.

Negligent have had recurring problems with Tully storage someone tried to break in my unit fortunately they did not succeed on taking my Brand new home appliance that I storage there .. Big concern I need to reach the owner to ask why the facility advertises security surveillance cameras when they are not functional...

Michelle, the manager, is the best. How often can you say that about a storage unit manager? She even called to let me know I had not properly latched closed my unit, after she did a walk thru that same day. Plus, super location and rates!
