DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! They were hired to bring uhaul pods to my home and, pack them, and deliver them back to uhaul. They had all of my contact information incorrect. I had to contact them when they were over an hour late. They said they were having issues getting the pods to my home and offered to load my items onto a truck, take them to uhaul and load the pods there. I was hesitant because of the double handling but agreed because I was on a tight schedule. After leaving with my items several hours later they called and said they could not fit everything in the pods. I told them to put my items in a safe place and I would come to Uhaul to figure out what to do with the items that would not fit. When I arrived I found some of my things sitting in an unsecured area next to the dumpster. Most of my items had already been stolen at this point. I then decided to look inside the pods due to the unprofessional manner in which they handled my items. It was terrible!!!!!! Nothing was blanket wrapped, everything was shoved in in a haphazard manner, and I could already see damage to my items. When my shipment arrived EVERY SINGLE PIECE of wood furniture was damaged, as well as my sofa, and there was. huge hole in my almost new king size mattress. This company is awful and does not respect its customers possessions. I lost approximately $1500 in stolen items, and it is going to cost over $10,000 to have all of the repairs made to the furniture that was damaged due to the poor loading of the pods and nothing being blanket wrapped. They may sound very professional on the phone but DO NOT be fooled.

When the movers got to my apartment, he tried to pull into my parking garage instead of on the side. So their truck got bent and stuck in the entrance. Then he got out of the truck without parking and it went reversed, which led to the door nearly coming off. One of the movers went through my belongings especially one of the very private boxes. So, I informed them that wasn’t any of the items I instructed them to get for the move. I felt very violated. My bed was placed on the dirty ground, hallway, and elevator floor. Then one of the movers got hurt but his bleed got on my bed, unfortunately. My sofa was stepped on while they were trying to place things correctly on the truck. Most of my furniture and old and new apartments have damage to them. One of the movers wanted my guest and I to hold his phone and listen to his music he made while he moved my things. It wasn’t time for that because the information in his phone was easily accessible and to he’s there to promote for the job. I’m not saying the music wasn’t good but it wasn’t the time or place to promote himself. The personalities of both men were great but because they were close in age with me the professionalism was off. I still tipped because the job still got done even though I had damages to my property. I do want to add even though I was for time in this and I couldn’t force them to move fast; I didn’t even notice the time until I headed to the new apartment. I wish their personalities and work ethics matched the quality I paid for.

Overall this was an incredible experience. I had issues getting the rental truck on time and they were able to be flexible and push the start time back. The gentleman that arrived to help pack the vehicle was professional and arrived at the perfect time. During the move I was starting to worry I wouldn’t have enough space in the rental truck, he reassured me multiple times that there’s plenty of room. To my surprise he fit EVERYTHING in the truck. Mind blown! We had to travel about 30-40 miles to the next location and he had to pick up another mover to help us unload. They both arrived in good spirits ready to rock and roll. They let me take a break and I just directed them where to put everything. Not a single scratch, dent, or mark on anything. Very careful and respectful. At the end of the day I really feel like I made two new friends. If the rest of the enployees are as great as Tyrone and Alisan I would rate them 15/10 and recommend them to ANYBODY. I have never hired movers before and picked Move Precision because they were nearby and had availability. Initially I was a little concerned because although their Google reviews were positive, there were only 12 or so in total. However, from our first conversation, Harold the owner, put me at ease. He was exceptionally helpful and went out of his way to answer my many questions. He was also very flexible as my needs ended up changing. On the day of the move, Harold and Tevaun showed up on time wearing masks and handled my items with care. When we got to the storage facility, the driveway gate was broken, but they creatively still managed to get my stuff inside timely. Also, if the low number of reviews are making you hesitate, check out their stellar ratings on the Uhaul Moving Help site. In short, I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

Definitely the best moving company around! If you want fast, efficient, and considerate movers, you want to hire these guys! They’ve helped me several times when in need, and they are always so kind and communicative! They can handle anything from bulky/heavy items to your most delicate belongings, they even helped me finish packing! I’ve used other moving companies in the past, and Move Precision is HANDS DOWN the only moving company I’ll ever call again!

Great movers! We're grateful to these guys for being so flexible with our schedule and being so careful. I have to say that they're well worth the price. They handled and protected my VERY fragile and heavy marble bedroom set from upstairs to a new location with expert care. They're family owned too, I've referred them to friends who all had great experiences as well. Highly recommend these guys.
