It's a good experience to work with Expert Moving. My movers Alex and Vladimir are really hard working and quick. They arrived earlier that the appointment time. It was a very hot day (feels like 40 Celsius) and they really sweated to move my stuff. Everything worked out well and there were no damages to my furniture or buildings. I offered them a break but they didn't take it. It ended up with 440 bucks (tips not included) to move my 2 bedroom condo furniture into a house, and I have them help me to do a pick up in the process which costs about a hour due to bad traffic condition. Their price is not the best on the market, but not the worse as well and definitely worth the service. I would choose to work with them again and I recommend their service.

Most awful experience ever with a moving company. What could have been done in 3 hours took 7. They said things were heavy.............not sure if they expected pillows to be moved? Two bedrooms a dining room was all they had to move, not a single box, those were moved separately They damaged most of my furniture, the wall of my new place, took a cigarette break every 10 minutes and then asked for individual tips for each one of the movers. Maybe they were sub-contracted by the company, I have no idea. But I looked at the reviews before hiring them, boy was I misled I will never recommend them, they made my move very frustrating.

Horrific experience from lack of communication and confirmation to incomplete, reluctant movers on my closing day. Company did not confirm full list of items to move. Sub-contracted Movers were late and did not feel like moving all items. Told me to get someone else. Did not wrap anything. Did not bring waredrobe boxes. My two children 11, 13 and myself worked moving. Garage was not moved. My senior mother drove in town to help me move items left in garage the next day. Beds were not assembled. And I paid the full amount....traumatizing and disgusting....

Moving homes is always a stressful time and I am so happy with the professionalism and care that Expert Moving delivered to us. In the past we have gone with cheaper Kijiji movers at $45 per hour and it has been truly a horrible experience. The Expert moving company team was punctual, diligent and very careful with our contents. I am so happy to have found a good and reliable moving company at a reasonable rate. They will always be my go to option for all my future moves. Thank you!

They showed up 45 minutes late. The driver then said he wouldn't park in front of the building where the building super told him to. He wanted to park at the back where another truck was already parked. They stood around for 15 minutes refusing to do the move and the manager refused to answer the phone. They eventually decided to just leave. So we were left on our own to scramble to find a u-haul and do the entire move ourselves. What they did should be illegal.

Do not use this company. They destroyed my sofa and now claim that they didn't even when it was pointed out at the time of the move. They also tried to charge me for five hours and they only took 4 hours. I am not hard to please, I only asked that my furniture be moved in with no damage and NO, it was not rectified on the spot! Unbelievable. Take the blame, I didn't wreck my own sofa, thanks to your movers, you did it for me. Very unprofessional!

Expert Moving Mississauga has helped me move three times. They know me well and understand my needs without me having to explain. I love the ladies in the reservation department. They are able to read my thoughts and keep me 10 steps ahead. They know exactly what to do and how to execute them so that there are no surprises on the actual day. These people are great for moving. Paul and his team from Expert Moving did an outstanding job with my move-in today in Mississauga. They were courteous, efficient, and very communicative even on their days off - they easily handled all my heavy furniture along with numerous boxes! Very poor experience I wish I could give them 0 stars. Very expensive and SLOW. And it felt like it was on purpose to make the bill higher. Took them 8 hours to move a 1 bedroom condo to a storage unit. 8 hrs?? They didn’t take any care in my home and scratched my floors. When I called to complain they basically told me tough luck. Go with someone else that respects your business.

I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs help moving. We called at the last minute and they were able to come about an hour after we called! They were quick, friendly and reasonably priced. This was my first time using Expert moving. They gave me pretty decent price, about average, comparing with other moving companies. Movers worked hard and remained focused at the task at hand and didn’t waste any time. They were fully aware of what they had to do, the best way to do it, and how to get it done. Horrible experience. Very unprofessional. Took many breaks and said we were expected to pay for their long breaks. Came late and had to rebook the service elevator and that costed me an extra $200. Not satisfied at all. Asked for full payment before the job was even finished
