After our previous auto repair shop closed indefinitely. I asked the Lord, help me find an honest repair shop we can start taking our vehicle to. In doing research the same morning on December 15, 2023, I came across "Mr. Mechanic", read results and noticed these customers were happy with the work done. I drove their and spoke to Diana at the desk and the owner. I explained I needed a front wheel alignment and tires. Which route should I go? Owner explained it and it was believable, and I felt good about this. The tires were ordered, they reached out to me and I drove back and the work was completed in a timely manner. Thank you Lord for guidance. "Ask and you shall receive". "Mr. Mechanic" you've gained new customers. Thank you and God bless you and your staff. See you next time!

Went to this shop because my mechanic was not available and they were highly recommended. My car had a leak, it was repaired. It began to leak again, took it back. Was told it was something else and would cost me close to alot of money to repair. No thanks! Took it to my mechanic, he called me saying that nothing was previously done. Went to Mr Mechanic and he stated his mechanic made a mistake in the wording of the paperwork..what!! He did reimburse me some money, but the incompetentincy of this place is ridiculous. He had stated that the leak was the water pump, not true!! The only honest thing was this public apology.

Mike and his team at Mr. Mechanic & Tire Shop went above and beyond!! I am truly appreciative of the hard work and DEDICATION he and his team spent on my vehicle. What seemed to be a "simple standard job" (rear main seal replacement) turned out to be a real headache for him and his team, which caused him to take my car apart several times until they got to the real issue. He guaranteed his work and TOTALLY honored his word, even going in on his day off. For a mechanic, he's as honest as they come. I will be a loyal client and highly recommend his shop to everyone I know and even to anyone who reads this review.

The mechanic on duty that morning was very detailed on the cost of the diagnosis of what needed to be looked at before they were able to work on the van. if I choose to fix it the cost would go twords the amount after the job was done.i payed for the work by phone the lady was very nice I feel comfortable going there' to get my van fixed they are trustworthy and fast no runaround s just got it done

Had some work done to my truck recently. Chose this place on the good reviews. They did not disappoint. I am pleased with work and happy to have my truck back on the road. Mike the owner good guy and honest. Better than reasonable prices. Come on people show this place some you will not be disappointed.

Awesome service went in for a state inspection asked about an oil change didn’t expect to get my maintenance light reset or a reminder sticker letting me know when to come back perfect they went above and beyond reminded me of my days at jiffy lube .

Everyone that I dealt with at Mr. Mechanic was polite, thorough in explaining work needed and my options. I felt that they really cared about doing the best quality work. I recommend all to come by and give them a chance...you won't be disappointed.
