I had an emergency sewer line block that flood the bathe tub on Sunday late afternoon . Mr Rooter Plumbing was not able to tell me if any one available on Sunday . However someone did call and dropped by. I was excited that problem will be fixed. But I was so wrong. The plumber was very nice. He did tell me the amount of 365.50 and I agreed with it since I need it to be fixed. He run the auger and did not resolved anything. and He said that he can run camera with extra 365. but he will not able to do thing tonite even with camera so I declined. and out 365 for nothing. I thought that would be a scam. last time someone run the auger he also run camera included with the service. Do not trust this company. There nothing neighborly about this company.

One of the bathroom sinks in my house has clogged up routinely the past few years. I’m usually able to clear it myself, but the a/c condensate line that is connected to this particular drain had created a concrete like blockage that was too far back in the wall for me to clear. I called Mr. Rooter to set up an appointment. Matt Morris was dispatched to assess the situation and diagnose the problem. After doing so, he clearly explained the various options available to resolve the issue. He then successfully cleared the blockage and everything works fine once again. I was very pleased with the overall experience, from calling to make an appointment, to the response time, degree of professionalism and of course the positive outcome.

I had a terrible experience with Mr. Rooter plumbing company. After diagnosing a plumbing issue, they had the audacity to quote a whopping $6200 for installing a new cleanout. It was clear they were trying to take advantage of the situation. Surprisingly, another company not only found the issue but also located the existing cleanout outside. Despite being charged $149 for Mr. Rooter's visit, I'm relieved I sought a second opinion. Thankfully, I found a trustworthy company with a highly professional technician who efficiently resolved my issues. Mr. Rooter won't be getting my call again. Their pricing and lack of integrity are appalling.

As a female, I am always worried about my lack of knowledge and not always sure I am getting the correct information. Dillion was the representative/technician that was sent to help me. He was courteous and knowledgeable not to mention he explained everything in a way that I could understand. I would definitely recommend him for anyone that might be uncomfortable hiring a professional due to the lack of experience or fear of being taking advantage of because of lack of knowledge. We had and after hour water leak and could not get our water line to shut off. Mr. Rooter answered our call and dispatch worked quickly to have our work item sent. I believe our plumber was Kevin. He called us within 10 minutes and checked in with us to let us know around when he'd make it to our house. Response and communication was great. They gave us their card if home warranty didn't cover repair and to give them a call. We will be using them for the repair and appreciate them coming out so quickly to try and help. Thanks!

Had a minor emergency at a rent house where the water connection to the house was leaking running the water meter up. Rooter came out and quoted me $1,700 before doing any of the work which was a little weird. Ended up using All Needz plumbing who was able to get it done for $350. P&P Plumbing also told me that their high big up front would of been $800. Call these guys for immediate rip off service. I'll continue to use them to scout problems for $99 and use the other guys. $1,700 bucks.... come on guys!

Mr. Larson arrived at my door one hour after I phoned the company to schedule a repairman! He was friendly and very professional. What I appreciated most (other than the repair) was being informed as to what my issue was and the exact amount of the cost of said repair. Mr. Larson also schooled me as to how I could better maintain the drains in my home. I would definitely use this company again and will not hesitate to let family and friends know that this company is prompt, honest, and reliable.

Had sewer line backing up into the tub. Called for their "24/7 emergency" service. It's been over 8 hours and I still haven't been contacted regarding my "after-hours emergency". Guess the only good thing that came from their shoddy service was the fact that I finally found a solution to my issue by watching several YouTube videos. I'd recommend YouTube DIY plumbing channels over this horrible company. 1 star because I have to give at least that much. More like -10 stars, though.

I called about 2 clogged drains. After charging over $750, the Mr. Rooter plumber left with only one drain unclogged. He claimed he did not know how to remove the drain covering in a shower, which seems pretty basic. He spent most of the time drafting expensive estimates to do $75k (!) in additional work. I called another plumber who was able to remove the drain covering and unclog the second drain 30 minutes. Don’t ever call these guys. Ever.

I had all but given up hope, however after Dillion was done working his magic, hope was restored. So far so good, let's see what the future has in store. Oh by the way, may or may not be a difference, but I believe I used the Irving branch, this link says Fort Worth. I did not see Dillion Reinharts name or picture as an option. Just want to make sure the powers that be, score this one for Dillion.

I called Roto rooter early this morning and Keyfer arrived within the hour. He was friendly, professional and got right to work fixing our kitchen leak. Very happy with the speed, quality of work, and 1-yr warranty. I called two other places yesterday and they either didn’t get back to me or didn’t have a prompt appt time. Would use Roto Rooter and Keyfer again!

Damaged my own plumbing in my old house on a holiday weekend. Mr Rooter was available to help within an hour of calling and were able to repair a major leak at my home, that required excavation, over the course of two afternoons. Excellent service and excellent work. Matthew, my tech, was knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with. Highly recommended

Unfortunately we had a PVC blockage due to roots which grew into the main wqtwr line. The technician orchestrated everything with professionalism and care despite the it being midnight. He diagnosed the issue quickly and provided solutions in a prompt manner.

Tun was excellent he told me his game plan and proceeded in the order that he said he would. He was professionally and friendly the entire time and I would definitely recommend this company. This was a Saturday morning call and he showed within the hour.

I called with what seemed to me a plumbing emergency. I was told a technician would arrive in 30 min to an hour. It was slightly longer, but that was not the problem. They charged me over $500 for what took the technician less than an hour

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They sent an unlicensed technician (which is against the law in the state of Texas) to my home and the technician did THOUSANDS of dollars of damage to our home. I reported them to the Texas State Board of Plumbing

Called New Years Eve and Matt Gilberg came at 8:30pm. Was very pleasant, and professional. Explained the process options in detail and in less than an hour had the issue resolved and fixed. We will definitely be calling Matt again.
