Came here as recommended by several friends. And I love this place! The shop is spacious and comfortable. Not a lot of seating but I was prepared to get takeaway. Display is large with a great variety. Staff was very friendly with a great smile and welcomed me. Doesn’t seemed bothered at all in helping me choosing things. Coffee was exceptional. I went there at 2pm and still got sufficient amount to choose from. Croissant was not straight out of the oven obviously but still delicious and perfect with the coffee. The ginger and carrot cake was too sweet though, not to my taste. I must comment on the sourdough. I bought a garlic and Parmesan sourdough and it was spectacular!! Omg it’s the best sourdough I have ever had and I don’t even like sourdough normally. It was moist and soft on the inside, tasty with the flavour, smooth sour but not overpowering, and the crust didn’t break my teeth. Amazing. Will definitely come back for the sourdough and try out different cakes. My friend bought a berry and cheesecake once which was amazing, which is why I wanted to come here and try it out.

Locals know this is the best coffee around. Everything is tasty and kept to a high standard. Everyday almost everything is sold out and guests I bring here always comment on how clean the shop is. This is the kind of Cafe where customers will bring their cups back to the staff indoors of their own accord sometimes to say thank you for consistently good service with a smile. Food is excellent, sandwiches are a highlight for me, pies are fantastic too and obviously the sour dough is really tasty too. Some exotic options like jalapeno or cheddar sour dough loaves available on the weekends. Bathroom is handy for when my kids get their hands dirty on the walk here.

Best place to get a delicious croissant. Tried the almond and chocolate ones but most of the time we love the simple plain croissants. They are fresh and fluffy with less sugar than other places. They are really the best in the local area. Probably best in Sydney. Food is great and the have a lot of interesting sweets and cakes. The ice cream is a treat as well. Coffee is good but a bit too weak for the cappuccino, perhaps the beans are not strong enough to get through the milk or the shots are too small? Asking for a double shot does the trick though, with an extra expense. Service is very very good. You are treated so nice, it’s hard not to wan to come back. The seating area is cosy outside and gets filled almost all the time. Come in early for a good choice. Highly recommended.

You NEED to try the cinnamon buns... No wait, don’t, leave them all for me! Seriously the best cinnamon buns in town. But to be fair, EVERYTHING here is amazing and tasty. Croissants, pies, pastries and desserts, and the coffee is great too. All the staff are super friendly too. There are some tables out front and a couple of small ones inside, but not a lot of room to eat-in, so I generally opt for takeaway.

Street parking only, so when busy it can be tough, but cars move on pretty quickly so you’ll get one nearby enough.

I've been here many times and always excellent service. Yesterday I ordered and paid for a pie that was on its way from oven. 15minutes later I'm the only person in the shop, 3 X staff, and I see the display is full to the brim of fresh pies. "Is one of those chicken and leek?" "Yes, did you want one?" "Ah yep, I've already paid for one.." Girl who served me muttered something about clocking off.. very odd. No apology

Absolutely awesome shop! Great coffee, the world's best caramelised onion pork sausage rolls (as testified to by every person that I've brought here saying the same thing: " that is the best sausage roll I have ever tasted anywhere in my life!!! ") But don't forget their sweet products which are to die for too! I've tried virtually every one over the last couple of years & am yet to find one that wasn't amazing!

My friend Nick and I love coming to this bakery on Saturday mornings for breakfast. Their recent renovation not only looks incredible, but they also redid the accessible ramp ou the front, which made Nick’s life so much easier!!! Great food, great coffee and incredible values! Thank you so much!

I needed a cake for my grandson's 15th birthday which I had overlooked. I phoned them and they stayed open until I got there to buy a cake. I was so pleased they helped me. More people like these are needed. And the cake was a big hit with the boys at the pool party

Mocha was good, great selection of pastries. The go to place for bakery breakfast brunch. They also have breads, pies and other bakery fair, but, haven't had a chance to sample them yet. Service was friendly and helpful. Seating is limited but still worth it even if you have it on the go.

Surely one of the best bakeries in Sydney! So much choice (many types of pastries I’ve never seen elsewhere). Easy parking nearby. Small area to sit inside or outside. Service is friendly and quick. Good location, just off the main road. Would recommend the almond and chocolate croissant, but you’ll probably need to walk it off afterwards!!

  • Brianna McNeill

One of the best chocolate croissants I’ve had in awhile! All of the other pastries looked so good I wanted to buy them all! Didn’t have their coffee but it smelled amazing! Would definitely recommend popping by this place

This is my favourite bakery in Sydney. The breads are amazing, the pastries are ridiculously good, but the meat pies and sausage rolls are off the chart. The biggest problem I have with this place is that the pies are so good that they can sell out fairly quick…but kudos for that…they really are that tasty!

  • Talin Agon

There is no question that the pastries are high quality here but after hearing about this famous Nutella donut, I decided to try it and I was so disappointed. It was not Nutella. It was this chocolate custard that tasted nothing like Nutella. The sign needs to change, it’s misleading guys.

Really good suburban cafe. Excellent pies, sausage rolls and croissants. And the coffee is also good quality. We find ourselves dropping in here often. The waiting times for coffee and take away can be a little slow.

Best Hazelnut Chocolate Praline in the Beaches. It was so good I came back to buy 5! Staff are super friendly too. The Halloween desserts look cute too.

The ice coffee is delicious, the praline mouse cake is made to perfection, unfortunately the mille feuille is not as crispy as I expect.

Oww wow, the muffins, and cookies here are amazing. I didn't need lunch thanks to the sweets. Coffee is fantastic, staff were great. I'll be getting some takeaway next time I'm in the area
