Unfortunately so far MPAC evaluatiion for my property totally unrealistic, seems biased so requested to be re-evaluated for corrective action. Very simple question I did but got no adequate answer: ' what gem or gold under my property exist that I have to pay over $10,000 property tax; while in neighborhood (right or left side) paying taxes $5500 and 2nd one $7500 as they have 2 story building (but mine only single banglow & basement as usual). I wish MPAC chair holder feel the same pain for the survival of the home owner(s)
This agency (government) does not even deserve a star rating. We have tried and tried to get a property assessment completed and after over a year and a half it is still outstanding. Other residences on my street have been in their homes less time and they have their assessment. Covid is a poor excuse as people work from home now and more actually gets done. But not in this case. Do we even need this agency. To me it is just a middle man out to make money. Very Shoddy system.
