Personally I have not used the services of this office, but the rest of my family has. My disappointment with this office is not a reflection of dental qualifications, but to do with office protocol. I was turned off this dental office when I tried to make an initial appointment. I wanted a cleaning and check up at the same time. They would only schedule the check up and wanted me to make a 90 minute appointment. I asked why so long. The reply was so they would have time to discuss treatments and payment options. Treatments!!?? This was a huge red flag. Do they assume that every new customer that walks through the door is going to need treatment beyond cleaning?? This made me feel like my mouth was a cash register and each tooth was marked with $$ signs. I warned my family, but this was not enough to deter them. They still wanted to continue with this office. Now where I have put my foot down is not only did they make me feel like my mouth was a cash register, I have one of the best employer benefit packages, but this office won't direct bill insurance. They will take your money and let YOU make the claim, but they refuse to offer the convenience of direct billing for their clients. Their excuse "We are not set up." Ok fine don't make things easy for your customers and use the initial appointment as a sales pitch, but I will go elsewhere. My advice plenty of other dentists in the city. Go to one where you will not feel like you are being set up for their gain and where they offer the convenience of direct billing. .

My family of three have been patients at Muntwyler dentistry for 20+ years. Even after moving to Vaughan 15 years ago, my family did not change the family dentist, that is how satisfied we have been all these years. Dr. Trevor is the most professional, competent, and kind doctor. When I needed to see a specialist and the specialist communicated with Dr. Trevor on the issue, even he commented on what a nice person Dr. Trevor is. In a few occasions I have seen Dr. Monica and she is equally nice. Their offices are brand new and nicely designed, with the latest technology in place. The front desk staff is super nice too. It is always a pleasure to visit their clinic. They really take good care of their patients, and that is greatly appreciated. The location of the clinic is also convenient by the highways close by and with plenty of parking around.

Was recommended to Muntwyler by an oral hygienist who knew them and wasn't disappointed. Have been with them now for 10+ years and have enjoyed not only the professional & friendly atmosphere, but also the willingness to really discuss any thoughts I have about my teeth and oral health. I'd also say there's great communication on any recommendations and the right balance between monitoring and remediating any minor issues that develop. My oral health is far better for all the good advice I've gotten over the years. Still not gonna floss though.

I work in the area and broke my veneer on lunch. It was a front tooth so simply I needed to get it fix asap. I called them as they were the nearest office. Dr. Monica Muntwyler was able to see me. She was very professional and I felt that I am in good hands. She was able to glue back my veneer and restore my smile back in less than 30 min. Pamela the receptionist was very effiecient and helped process my claim and all the oher paperwork in a very short time as I needed to go back to work. Thank you for helping me today!

Our family has been with Muntwyler Dentistry for 10+ years and they are "The Best". Dr. Trevor and his team are experienced, knowledgeable and take time to explain every part of the process patiently.....since my first visit and still continues. The hygenists are among the best (Thank you Anna for all d care all thru these years! and Rebecca on my recent visit). If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was recommended to Muntwyler dentistry 23 years ago and I never looked back. I now feel like the staff, hygenists and doctors are family and I never dread going to the office. The staff is very understanding and compassionate. They always address your concerns. The “new” office is a great location with lots of parking and the interior is clean with all the updated technology. If you are looking for a new dentist Muntwyler is a must!

Have been going to Dr Trevor and Dr Monica for about a year now and we are beyond happy! I have had some serious work done in the past year and they both (but mostly Dr Trevor) have been just amazing and helping me through my anxiety with dentists. Even my 10 and 7 year old love going there. So happy we started going to them and will for sure be keeping our family with them for all our dental needs!! Plus the girls in reception are just amazing!!

All of the team at Muntwyler Dentistry are outstanding! Whether part of the administrative or clinical team, they are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We just went for our first cleanings. Julie was extremely helpful when I needed to move appointments around. Everyone was polite, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Monica helped my 11 year old to relax and enjoy the visit. Dr. Trevor impressed me with his knowledge and personalized suggestions. The office is bright and spacious, and the technology is very cool!

Muntwtlers are great. Professional and caring. Front of house is always a pleasure and are proavtive and very friendly. Hygienist's are also personable and caring. They always do great work and go the extra mile. Facility is very family friendly and spotless. 10/10. I wish they billed my insurance directly but it's a small price to pay for such great service.

We have been patients of Monica and Trevor since they started in Etobicoke. In addition to their obvious skill, they are exceptionally thoughtful and accommodating. They have always taken the time to address our concerns, providing thorough explanations for all procedures. I really appreciate that. They have also surrounded themselves with great staff.

I felt that a fifty dollar fluoride treatment every six months was an opportunistic use of my insurance plan since fluoride is so readily available; likewise, a new patient intake examination every year seemed a bit much, as did the number of xrays they took Otherwise, my teeth are in good shape
