I have never had a bad experience at Murphy's until my most recent visit. The ladies working were very unprofessional and was lacking greatly this day in customer service , upon entering the store, there was a little line , I noticed one employee standing behind the counter on her phone , the other was having a conversation with an elderly customer, nobody was waited on, once to the counter I requested Newports, gas and a cup of ice, she went from there stating u got ya I'd...I said it's in the car and told her my.bday...mind u I'm a frequent shopper there and am known by face. If the case was carding for that purpose the gentlemen behind and in front should have been carded too. I told em that's ok I'll go somewhere else and that they need to step up their customer service skills personal convos etc shouldn't be handled when customers are present period.

I'm so sorry I didn't get the name of the amazing lady who was working at 5:00am on 9/23/23! My daughter felt very threatened by an aggressive Uber driver, so she jumped out of the vehicle and ran, very afraid, into this Murphy's location asking for help. Her phone battery was dead so she could not call me. This amazing lady charged my daughter's phone and kept her safe until she was able to call me to come pick her up. I will be forever grateful for this wonderful woman and for the safety of my daughter! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!

Please make sure you entered your number correctly.I had a issue with this several times now at this Location and thank god I always keep my Recipe. But unfortunately when I called Murphy’s customer service they told me there was nothing they can Do. I am highly Disappointed and do not understand Why not especially sense I have a Murphy account. That clearly shows that I have made numerous purchases with them I feel as if they have no Loyalty towards there Customers.

I've been shopping here since they opened I too am a business owner for 8 years at the Nu World Pipes gifts and accessories smoke shop located in Highland Hills Fort Worth and I sometimes am regular spending for cigarettes well the black supervisor seem to be a tad bit jealous of me and refused to sell me cigarettes without my ID and just sold me some the day before yesterday I thought it was a joke but she was serious. Very disturbing for customer service.

Gentlemen at the register was rude and threatening to a female in front of me. Do better.He was cursing at her for no reason at all. She left all her stuff and just walked out in tears. If customers don’t feel safe in your store they should be terminated before you have a lawsuit on your hands. There is another post about the same gentleman assaulting customers. How is this ok? Do better Murphys.

If you show up before 6 you have to pay cash. The pumps dont accept debit or credit cards that early. They never have signs or bags on the pumps nozzle indicating that theres no gas and the employees are slow and come off rude. This has happened on more than one occasion. Wont be stopping there again.

Horrible experience. Was assaulted yesterday by the young black dude that works there with the dreads. Dude approached me and this Asian man and proceeds to go off while I was at the gas pump. No wonder this store is in the hood and has 3 stars. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

I walked in at 11:46 and I hear someone yelling "we ain't open," My work doesn't let me close down early. I have never left a bad review about any business ever, until today. As I am writing this review, they should still be open.

12/19/23 one exceptional employee (Trey)worked by himself serving over 30 customers at one time. The lines were long and he worked it without a hitch. Smiling and being very courteous. Thanks for having employees like him.

There's usually a problem with the pumps at this location. I've had problems using my card, discount points, etc...Corporate needs to put sometime into all locations when it comes to providing working pumps.

Review referencing their coffee cups. They did not have the right lids so I had to use a straw Then after I placed my cup into my car cup holder it began to leak out from the bottom. Terrible equipment

TRASH AND THE GIRL AT THE COUNTER NEED TO BE RETRAINED DIDNT ASK FOR MY NUMBER AND OR IF I WAS COLLECTING POINTS.... THEN I HAD TO GO INSIDE 3x TO GET THE PUMP ON

Always have 2 or 3 people there and only one working very upsetting and busy because that reason always a line …

The cashier that I had was nieve and didn’t know how to help me correctly. He was rude by not handing my money in my hand, instead threw it on the counter.

Lowest gas prices in area. Always crowed, but moves pretty quickly, however, the gas seems to burn a little faster in my car, versus gas purchased at QT.

Walmart is 20yard from this build why dnt y’all except Walmart gift cards for gas that’s really crazy and not cool please respond

Maps shows this location closes at 11:30 pm. They're lowering the metal roll down door now, at 10:53 pm.

Came at literally 11:30 and they had the door locked and said they were closed....30 minutes early.....
