Muscari Whites Florist has been absolutely amazing! We contacted Michelle the day before our wedding as the flower delivery company we had booked cancelled on us last minute. If it hadn’t been for Muscari Whites, we wouldn’t have had flowers on our wedding day. Michelle made an amazing bouquet for me and a buttonhole for my now husband and some gorgeous table arrangements. She was super kind, friendly and went out of her way to make arrangements that closely matched what we wanted, even when it was last minute! We wish we had found them before! We would definitely recommed Muscari Whites to anyone!

I went into this florist to buy some flowers for my friend. The florist was so so lovely... I didn't have a very big budget yet she wanted to know who the flowers were for and why I was giving them so she could design the perfect bunch. We talked about my friend who's very poorly and it was her birthday and this super funny, kind florist plucked different flowers from around the shop putting them together carefully and artistically until I had the most beautiful bouquet. It was such a good experience I had to come on here and write a deserving review. My friend loved her flowers. Thank you so much.

Amazing florist. Staff are out of this world always happy and smiling. Always offer good advice about the care of your flowers. Full of knowledge and give out tips. Beautiful selection of high quality flowers and plants. Bouquets are exceptional. Delivery is quick and professional. Excellent value for money. Use this store all the time. Also have wonderful selection of plants and plant displays. Also wonderful selection of candles. Perfect place to buy a gift and flowers for someone or just to treat yourself. They do fantastic wedding flowers and displays and also beautiful funneral displays.

my favourite florist to go to, ever. the lady that runs this florist is one the loveliest people i’ve ever met, she allows dogs into the shop & so when walking my dogs i’ll pick up some flowers if i need them. so good for price, you say a price & occasion & she puts a bouquet together. for two years i’ve been getting my partner flowers every month, so i have tried many places - & this place is by far my favourite; i couldn’t recommend this florist enough ! it’s so important to support smaller businesses, especially during this time

Went to buy an engagement bouquet but was disappointed by the disdainful arrogance shown by the owner florist .Didn't want to hear our preferential choices for the occassion . She needs to understand that every person who wields the brush cannot become a Picasso. What a mediocre trait she possesses as a florist . I dont think one needs her professed artistry to play any role in deciding what arrangement we should go for The floral .arrangement was not great either.and was constantly hurling innuendos to us as customers.

I recently ordered by phone a special request from just a picture on the website, Michell was so friendly over the phone I immediately felt she was taking a personal interest in my request. She kept in touch by text which suited my circumstances and sent thru pictures so I could approve or alter. I did request a slight alteration which was immediately rectified and several new pictures sent thru for approval. Thank you so much for the beautiful creation - which generated a lot of lovely comments.

Whether it be to send a small floral gift, a floral bunch for home, or Christmas wreath and table decorations, it’s the first place we go. Lately, we have had a very sad request for a floral tribute to a friend. Michele did everything possible to help make it beautiful & arranged for the delivery to the funeral home for us. Thank you ever so much!

We've ordered several flowers from Michelle recently including for a funeral and also a golden anniversary. She's such a brilliant and talented florist! The flowers she's put together have been really fresh and absolutely beautiful (and much more plentiful than another local florist we used previously). Her customer service is fab too - due to illness I had to delay some of the flowers I'd booked and she was so kind and accommodating. Thank you Chelle!

Ordered flowers online to be delivered and they were never prepared. 3 days later I called to enquire and the lady apologised and offered an upgrade, which was nice, but too late. To which a refund was agreed. 12 days later I called to ask why I hadn’t been refunded, 14 days later I received my refund. Very disappointing and will not use this shop in the future. Such a shame about the service because the lady I spoke to was so polite.

I cannot recommend muscari whites florist in Westmoreland road enough. They are friendly, helpful and punctual, reasonably priced too, the reef was so beautiful I felt even more emotional. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of the reef . I was working late and couldn’t pick my funeral pillow reef up, the lovely lady delivered it to my door hours after they closed . I will never go anywhere else for my flowers again

Michelle and her team are some of the most creative and fun florists I have ever come across during my career in the wedding industry. They have created many bouquets and arrangements for photoshoots I have organised and the most beautiful floral window display for my new shop that could have been imagined. Her flare with colour and creativity are not to be matched. I highly reccommend Michelle for your floristry needs

An array of beautiful colours to choose from, Michelle is friendly and very helpful always greets you with a big smile, and full of helpful suggestions if you can't quite make your mind up. Just collected my flower arrangements for a reletatives funeral, and I must say that I am extremely happy with them. I've received exactly what I asked for, totally gorgeous arrangements, made beautifully by ladies, that obviously love their profession. Walking into the Kent Flower Company is like walking into the home of a friend. The welcome is so inviting that you don't want to leave! Flowers and plants everywhere - the choice is overwhelming! Boyfriend bought a bouquet for a colleague a couple of weeks ago and we were so impressed by the quality. Everything as fresh as can be.
