Good equipments and the lifting Area always clean, But The communication is the worst in all the gyms I have been, I really regret getting long membership before trying them first.

Hands down best Gym in Nasr City. It is well ventilated, clean and organized and its owner seem to put in a lot of effort to keep it this way.

Location is nice, over all atmosphere is good , but a bit lacking on the facilities
