"The museum, despite being small, has a good collection of ores, shells and even fossils"
The museum is located within the IFRN Central Campus. Although you can see the front of it from the outside, you have to enter through the IFRN. It is worth knowing what our State has in terms of minerals. It is the result of field classes and studies carried out by IFRN teachers and students, from the Mining course. More
It was sensational. We were very well received, in addition to great explanations about the origin, importance and function of the rocks, including fun, through puppet theater. It was certainly a fantastic experience for the 6th grade children at Escola Municipal Prof Severino Bezerra de Melo.
Despite not knowing much about the content (ore), I was able to see several interesting items there and it even aroused my curiosity. It is quite interesting to learn about these minerals, because we can even learn about the history of our region. I recommend everyone to visit!
Place of great heritage value for RN. It is a space with a lot of knowledge, which can be passed on to everyone in an easy and well-explained way. The visits are guided and the environments are well designed, so there are no difficulties on the route.
The museum, despite being small, has a good collection of ores, shells and even fossils. We were guided by Florestam, an excellent guide, who answered our questions promptly and was extremely friendly. The place is worth a visit, which is
The visit is guided, but I think it would be better if it weren't, as there are many posters and informative captions, so visitors can enjoy the tour in peace. There are many photos of mines, miners, examples of different stones and some
Everything is very organized and beautiful. Super welcoming team. For the basic education audience, I suggest rethinking the proposal. After a while, it gets tiring and students get scattered easily. More
Fascinating place for those who appreciate it and also for those who don't know it. I highly recommend visiting the site for anyone who doesn’t yet know the diversity of minerals! More
Extremely rich materials, in which there is a history since the caves as materials that can be touched and others that can only be observed, I advise you to visit. More
Excellent museum. Several beautiful and interesting pieces. Even I, who didn't understand much about geology, learned a lot from the monitors. It's very worth it.
One star, it's not because the place is bad, simply because I didn't have the opportunity to get to know the environment, but as soon as I can, I'll talk better.
The museum is well organized and structured. The guides are very experienced and help you throughout the visit. Great place to visit with school groups. More
I loved visiting the place. Variety in the pieces on display, excellent explanation from the monitors about RN minerals. I highly recommend it.
Great place to build knowledge, great place to take children. Cozy structure, air-conditioned environment, great service.
I loved visiting the museum, very beautiful and organized, and the boy who accompanies the visit is a real masterclass.
