My wife and I had a very special ring designed and made at Musson Jewellers for her 60th birthday and we couldn't be more happy with both the ring and our dealings with the company. Right from the start the staff at Musson gave us confidence with their very detailed knowledge of high specification jewellery manufacture and faultless customer service. They are just a pleasure to deal with and special mention must be made of Bruce Barnes who went out of his way to ensure the whole process including diamond selection went as smoothly as possible, it's not often you get good old fashioned customer service these days.

Incredibly happy with the stunningly exquisite cognac and pink Argyle diamond ring which was created by Musson Jewellers especially to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. It is absolutely beautiful as a single piece, but having also been superbly crafted to fit with my unique Musson engagement and wedding rings, it highlights them too. This was the first shop we went in when trying to buy an engagement ring. Needless to say we were totally clueless. Callum was lovely and took the time to explain things to us including what to look for even after he realised we wouldn’t be able to purchase from them due to our travel plans and their lead times. Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Beautiful rings and great customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest. If we could, we’d buy from them in a second.

Unhelpful, condescending, dismissive. I was barely shown any diamonds or rings because Robert Musson could not move past a question I had about lab grown diamonds. Asking for his sales pitch should have been a softball but instead he acted exasperated and told me I was more like a "mystery shopper" and wasn't intending on buying anything. At least he made sure of the latter.

Wayne and the team at Musson are extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. Wayne did an amazing job with helping me find the perfect Ruby for my engagement ring and helping to create my dream ring.
