I wish I can give zero stars. I ordered barstools from here and was told they would be delivered in September (I have proof in my emails). Then they got pushed to October. Now they got pushed to end of November. I have paid the barstools in full months ago yet the delays are ridiculous. Please do yourselves a favor and don't order from here. They do not commit to the delivery dates nor do they even warn you of delays. I have ordered from many furniture places and Must Society has to be the worst. I don't know how they are still in business. They respond to the negative reviews but they really don't care about the delays. I wish I never ordered from here. Please do yourselves a favour and take this review seriously. Look elsewhere. The delays are not worth their overpriced furniture.

I purchased the rainbow ergonomic office chair in store. A few days after I picked up the chair, I looked up the product page online and saw that the chair had been discounted $50. Before I purchased the chair, I asked if there were any discounts/sales. The sales person said no. But there was a sale on the website. When I called the store about this, they did not refund me the difference in price or do any sort of price match. The chair was on sale when I purchased it but they sold it to me for full price. I'm so unimpressed and will not want to return. So dishonest and not the way to do business.

I had a really bad experience with the delivery and the quality of the furniture received as there was manufacture defects on all the items i ordered (either stained or defective). The store was curtous enough to replace the items but they still came back defective. Poor quality control. It's all about meeting the supply & demand. I did not expect this coming from a high end store like Must. I had a better experience with Wayfair!!!

Terrible shopping experience. Waited 5 months for cheap stools that I never got. They even had called me to tell me the products had arrived and that I could go and get them. Once I arrived, the 18 year olds at the front seemed confused and I had to argue to receive a measly free shipping to my domicile. Which I didn't use because I cancelled my order a month later. Avoid.

Worst online experience. Never received a copy of my invoice, took them months to deliver, and I didn't receive some of the items I paid for. Trying to get a refund for $300 worth items they never delivered but no response from customer service.

I love the furniture here! Sometimes they have great deals and that’s when you should buy as much as you need. I have ordered carpets, dining chairs, lamps and I love it all. ❤️. This is also an amazing location and the staff are fantastic.
