A home ground for top tier football club in the Ugandan League, Express FC also known as 'The Red Eagles' or 'Mukwano gwa Bangi'. A nice venue for football with a well built Pavilion for VIP spectators. Its big size gives much comfort to the way you would like to sit. Cool environment created by the well conserved green vegetation around, well networked with different routes including the main road. Security is always tight since the stadium is guarded by the Uganda Police and People's defence Force soldiers. A great place to watch a live football match from!
It's the home for Express Football Club. The stadium is few kilometers from the city centre, located at Wankulukuku, Rubaga South division, Kampala. It holds a number of events such as Football, Concerts, exhibitions among others. The parking is very spacious incase of a big event. It's neighboured by Kitebi health centre (iv) and so health services are very accessible incase of any emergency. However per now the place is temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic
I was there for the Africa Ladies Rugby match between Uganda She Rugby Cranes versus Kenya Lionesses. It was a great game though Uganda lost to Kenya with a result of 03:23. the facility itself is good compared to what I had in mind. Keep it up and host more games of this kind. However, there is a need to improve the washrooms for there is a huge number of people that turn up only to find washrooms that can accommodate a family of 10. Thanks.
It has fresh air and green grass that makes it look more natural. Only bad thing is you'd have to sit on the grass,no chairs offered unless if you're in the vip and also the vip it's only a shade on top so it it rains you're drenched in all corners. Anyway,it's refreshing when you stand on top of the slight hill you can clearly see the pitch and players if there's a match.
First time visit, liked the seemingly circular shape which enabled one to see the whole pitch regardless of where one was standing. Found the square netted fence round the pitch obstructing the view on the pitch especially if one was on a lower level and short. There is need to plant more trees to provide shade on hot sunny days.
Its a home for Express FC playing in Uganda Premeir League The stadium is located a few kilometres West of main Kampala in Kabowa. Its next to a local market. However, this is a semi standard stadium with no seaters. It also floods temporarily when it rains but the flooding is not that significant.
Oftenly go to watch soccer, usually URA FC & Vipers. It's fun though the seats in it's pavilion are few Has been painted currently by Betway Uganda and the looks are amazing To take a picture next time are there
1.Kabaka's stadium 2.home of express f.c the most heartfelt football team in uganda 3.no standard graśs and pitch 4.afew but no seats of about 90% of spectators designated places 5.innadequate parking space
It has a strategic location. In this I mean it is accessible. It is free from traffic germ . compared to Mandela national stadium. On the negative side it's poorly developed in terms of infrastructure.
For such a legendary arena, it was underwhelming, too much vacant space, layout not coordinated, very few built stands, poor ambience. Decent playing surface, probably one of the best ones I've seen.
Its avery great place for training and any other physical activities at the level of our country Uganda in sports it's such a great area Visit #Mutesa11StadiumWankulukuku ☝️☝️ …
Wankulukuku is a memorial stadium of the Buganda Kingdom, named after the first President of Uganda, Sir Edward Muteesa 2. I felt good interacting with such a historical site.
The stadium is good and the bar inside serves your drink at room temperature or chilled. It's worth checking out, on Saturdays they have a live band. Comedy on Monday nights.
This place can easily be located if you head to Kabowa and it has played a major role in promoting talents in the Rubaga Division for schools. It is the home of Express FC
The way the stalls were organised was soooo nice, the cleaners were checking on us from time to time but the turn up of buyers or customers was so low....
The place is nice, easy to reach main road, there is Dispensary nearby, shops, supermarket, market, gym, schools, all in all that everything is here
It's a spacious pitch. The playing surface is well maintained . There is running water as well. Remember to move with your own sanitary tissue
The place is dusty But again the road is nice and you can access a government hospital near by just after the Express FC home ground stadium
One of the oldest Stadiums in the country and still functional. It is a home to the oldest club in the country Express FC mukwano Gw'abangi.
This is a home of most of Uganda Premier League Clubs which include Express FC. Have been there oftentimes, though it lacks enough seats
There is only one coffee/drinks place and it's not accessible during halftime of the game when one might need some nice refreshments.
Sizeable pitch named after king muteesa of Buganda. Had cross over prayers with pastor Tom of mutundwe Christian fellowship church
Needs to be upgraded to required standard Let them borrow a leaf from st Mary's stadium kitende. Coz the mud is a put off.
Good location but still needs upgrading mostly drainage systems, dressing rooms, and atleast to build a vip wing .
I was at the stadium for a game. Honestly, it is a trash place. Few seats for VIPs, otherwise, you have to stand.
Home of Express Fc good atmosphere at the stadium. Ample parking space and just a few Kms from the city centre
Not only a good environment for playing soccer but also good to sip a bottle before setting off for home
The fans came in big number with much support to sports club Villa even me myself on it's last game
Large enough for tradefares, outdoor concert's. Doesn't have enough crowd control installation's.
Its a good stadium but the hosting team is some times hostile. So always sit in uncrowded areas

One of the oldest football fields in Uganda ,named after king mutesa 11 of Buganda kingdom.
Poor surroundings, poor road network, no well developed facilities, floods when it rains
Have a enough space for football matches and other events, with a friendly management
A huge nice place for events, football and bigger things cse it has got enough space
The grass is a nice carpet, but there are no seats for the supporters and no lights
Some how ok .last time I reached there I was at a match of vipers fc but was ok
The pitch needs to be improved to a standard level outside the playing field
The home of express football club.. it's a very nice and compatible pitch
I love the trees and the beauty of old...the stadium is local but amazing
The only stadium in the vicinity, only that it floods during the rain...
It's a very conducive environment for reading and educational activities

I love this place because the security is very tight with no fear …
On the road no need to move inside. A little limited on spectator space
Good place to host outdoor sports, fun events.got enough parking space.
It's a good stadium... Guess that's why many big events are held there
I was at this place on 31st last year for prayers and it was awesome
No restaurant, no shops ,no bars its mainly a plain food ball field
Well planned road network leading to it and with adequate security
It was a good experience for spending time It's such a good place
Nice stadium is nice but has a bad road on Wankulukuku town side
The atmosphere is wonderful with wind blowing through your ears
