Laser hair removal burn on skin! At the Northside location. I got laser hair removal for my lip and chin. During the procedure I told the laser tech that im feeling it more today. She said it's normal. She applied the sensitive serum on the area. I told/asked her multiple times again it's stinging alot. She said it's normal. The way my skin had burning sensation I knew something was wrong. Immediately after getting home I applied ice pack on the area. Unfortunately next morning I woke up with so much scars. I tried to contact the manager but they were closed so I sent an email to them with the Pictures. They contacted me next day. A day after the male from the spa delivered "sensitive serum" to me and asked me to apply it .He didnt ask to see the area, however I showed it to him after which he didnt even seem to be concerned about the situation. I mean it's my skin that I'm talking about here and that too on my FACE! I have a wedding to attend in a few weeks . I myself am a trained esthetician and laser hair removal technician. That day the settings that rimpy used seemed higher. Truly i did not expect this kind of carelessness from this place. She needs to be extremely cautious of the settings when doing it on a tanned skin like mine. What action have they taken in their spa to prevent this from happening to other clients? They need to train their technicians properly. I went there to get my hair removed but now I'm walking around like I have a beard because of the burn scars. I also went there once to get microdermabrasion. Which was an excellent service that they provided but now I'm feeling scared to go back to them for my 2 more microdermabrasions that's left. Scared to trust them with my face.

Spoke with someone on Facebook messenger, and they said they would call me the next day (Tuesday) to get me in for a facial.. ON TUESDAY. Waited until 3pm and received no phone call - so I called them. They then informed me that they were fully booked, and in fact could NOT get me in. Now I’ve wasted my one day off, where I could have gone to a different salon but I was waiting for an appointment that didn’t exist. Thank you for completely wasting my time. Would be a shame if someone booked with you, then didn’t show up. **edit in response to your comment on this review. As you can see in the screenshots I have posted, you say very clearly that you can get me in for the facial on Tuesday… you are a liar if you pretend that you didn’t.. it is plain as day in your message to me. You could have easily told me that you were booked up and I need to book for later.. instead - you told me that you will call me on Tuesday, to figure out a good time to go in for Tuesday. Lol it’s literally right there in the screen shot. You have terrible business practices, and have wasted my time. So now I will waste yours.

The location I frequent is the one in North Edmonton. Needless to say, the staff and the service have never failed to 'wow' me. But today was going to be 'extra special'. I made a call this morning and wanted to be attended to. A very responsible member of the team drove all the way from South to North Edmonton to attend me and it was only later I realised that the North location was basically supposed to be closed today! For me, this is an experience in 'Customer Service Delivery' as I could've been politely declined too! Much recommended and greatly appreciated!

I've been an on and off customer but after coming back recently I've finally found a great esthetician. Monika is amazing!! She listened to me described how wanted my eyebrows shaped and she did exactly what I wanted. She asked for my input throughout the threading and I've never been more happy about how amazing my eyebrows look. All the ladies are amazing but I'm going to stick with Monika. I also love getting Manicures and pedicures here too, great prices and good results.

This is my to go to for my waxing threading and massage, body scribing and bleaching, facial and face glowing and o much more Shivani is always so good at waxing threading is love her work she very fast and always ask me to check if there is anything i didn't like or if i have concerns. She gives me advice for post services. This place is very convnient, i definitely recommend the north location and go with shivani for any desire service

The massage was nice and comfortable. However, the manicure and pedicure was not good. Manicure done while getting a pedicure is uncomfortable, and the shellac polish peeled off my fingers after 1 day like stick on nails do. I've never had shellac peel off so easily, and it should never peel. The staff were friendly, and again, the massage was good, just the shellac was not worth it.

I've been going to this place for years to get my eyebrows done but recently started doing facials for my skin. I've noticed a big difference in Mt skin after one treatment only. My facial care advisor Shivani is really knowledgeable and has great experience in foing facials and massages. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get help with their face and skin.

I really like this place! $10 for eye brow threading. I always walk in first thing & never an issue getting in ASAP. The ladies here are so gracious & gentle; I get the same lady every time & she remembers me even though I don’t go as often as I should. It is very clean & serene inside, cool marble floors, beautiful foot basins etc. Treat yourself!!

Exceeded my expectation! Monika is exceptional with the whole facial experience. I could feel the difference immediately. She used a machine with ultraviolet lighting that showed her how dry the skin on my face was. Apparently, I don't drink enough water. Worth every dollar I spent and then some! I booked my next appointment immediately

I booked a massage/cupping therapy appointment after visiting the southside location for pedicure. All i can say is wow. All my stress melted away. Thanks again for two incredibly relaxing, stress relieving and much needed treatments. Ive never felt this good in a long time! Definitely a repeat customer.

I go here for my Microneedling and Laser Hair Removal. They have latest equipment and experienced staff. Unlike other Spas, the staff is not rushed and I always feel appreciated. The owner is particular about educating the clients about the procedure, and post-procedure follow ups. Highly recommend...

I been worried since my face didnt peel after the chemical peel and the staff didn't explain anything to be except not to apply any skin care the first day. Now I'll I could say is what a wast of money/time. I will not be going back to this place.
