My mother and I have come here once though it’s 5 minutes away I will go 30 minutes to tisun or Ann’s beauty supply because of how our experience was here we went in to look for wigs and braiding hair apon just looking at the wigs on the mannequin one of the employees shouts over at me half way across the store not to touch the hair, I’ve never gone to a hair store and been told not to touch the hair I’m potentially buying it doesn’t make sense to me my mom asked why? And she said oils from peoples hands can Change the hair. We obviously left. This was a few months ago I hope that it was a case of a bad employee but I’m not willing to give it another chance. I’m a black woman, I want to feel comfortable in a hair store. The environment in this store ain’t it.

FYI they will give you a discount if you leave a good review...Typically I have great service here but today turned me off. I drove all the way from the University side of town to shop here specifically. The employee that was helping me out was awesome. The man that owns the store came back there and insinuated that I was taking too long. He told his employee that she needed to help other people. I thought that was super rude and I will never shop here again. I suggest others do the same. People should treat their employees and customers better. It is bad enough that we cannot try on wigs because of covid-19. I wanted to make sure I got something that I would not regret buying. My only regret is driving here in the first place.

Do NOT BUY FROM HERE CON ARTIST! I came here in hopes of finding a great wig. The male rushed me with wigs not allowing me to try on myself. He insist to do it for me. The wig I end up purchasing was messed up in the box. I didn't know because he rushed sold it to me, when I got home I was very dissapointed! I went back the next day to exchange and show the man the problem. He told me the only way to get a new wig was if I bought another one. Please whatever you do Don't! I MEAN DONT COME HERE! also this store is very high pricing w bad quality hair compared to others.

Not much to choose from on the floor, wig section completely blocked off, cannot even look at wigs without "assistance". Suspect card reader, had to insert chip 3 times then slide my card for payment to finally go through. No discounts offered, as some of the reviews rave about. I'm from Atlanta, we are just used to a bigger variety of products when it comes to our supply stores. & this was the first store I ever been in where the wigs section is blocked off.

Take heed. The store is clean and the owners are nice. Heres the issue. You cant touch the hair anymore so I couldnt tell the actual texure of the hair...with that, also the hair is placed on mannequin heads that DO NOT match the hair. So I bought an 80$ lace front wig that I THOUGHT WAS virgin hair. Come to find out it was premium fibers and no returns or refunds. Now, I know. Just be careful.

They have all the wigs blocked and tied off like you are a criminal you can only look at them one person at a time. Even if you came in with another person. A woman literally stands in front of them like a security guard. Strangest set up I have ever seen in a beauty supply store. It was weird. won’t be back.

The male owner of this establishment is great! Good customer service. His wife is a different story! HORRIBLE! She will be the reason I NEVER go into this establishment again. The gentleman and the young lady on the floor receives a 5 star the 1 star is because of the rude, ignorant, racist wife!!!

The owner Zino is very rude and moody. He also yells at children instead of going to parent if child is touching something. Not apologetic. Never have a good quality of hair if your needing the same inch so you have to settle. His wife however is a sweetheart.

Before I went to this store this week I had nothing but good things to say about it, unfortunately that a changes this week. The man is very nice and helpful, but the woman is a total nightmare, she really need a class in customer service.

We drove an hour to this store because a family member recommended it. We were so happy to find extremely helpful and knowledgeable employees who were eager to lend their wisdom to make sure we left with the right items.

Great products and fair prices. I only shop here and Sally's. You can shop in peace and quiet. No loud children running around knocking things off the shelves! Just great products and pleasant staff!

This Beauty Store is amazing!!! Fully stocked with everything you can need beauty wise. The best selection of eyelashes as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will highly recommend.
