Just moved into a new place with a leaky stop tap and having trouble hooking up appliances so I gave them a call and they said they would be able to come in an hour and they came exactly when they said they would. Did a great job with the repairs and also pointed out some other issues that I wasn't aware of and made recommendations. Pricing was reasonable especially on such short notice. The job ended up being a bit more complicated than it initially looked so they did end up charging more than the initial estimate but they told me this upfront as soon as they could and cleared it with me before proceeding. Really helpful and friendly and would call again if I needed help with anything.

Was delighted with the service, I had a small leak but in the middle of the bank holiday weekend. The guys were friendly and professional, and fixed the leak for the reasonable price quoted, where my previous experience of other emergency plumbers gave me to expect they might be reluctant to come out on a Saturday night and that, if they did, the price charged would have multiplied by 10. Nile and Nathan came out to do an emergency repair that two other plumbers failed to do. They were professional, helpful and came out within three hours of me contacting them. They did the job speedily, yet properly and their price was very reasonable. I will definitely be contacting them again if I need any more plumbing jobs doing.They we’re lovely too as I was quite stressed when they arrived because of the mess the other plumber had left.I got a five star service from a five star company.

We had a disastrous leak on a Saturday and we were so lucky to have found My Emergency Plumbing. We could not figure out how to turn the water off as it was an odd mains water going through our neighbour’s house. Paul showed up on time as promised within a couple of hours, and he fixed the pipe so swiftly and efficiently. We managed to get on with the weekend as planned, with a piece of mind. We were extremely grateful! Highly recommend to anyone has an emergency plumbing issue.

My boiler broke down at the end of January, not ideal in the middle of one of the coldest weeks of the year. Pete came out, explained the problem and told me I could have a brand new one - top of the range - installed the very next day at a great, fair price. Installation was smooth and quick, no problems. Very professional, friendly and fantastic value. Really pleased. Highly recommend these guys to anyone with boiler problems or wanting a boiler installed.

I take it back, great company for emergency call outs and charging peak rates, terrible when it comes repairing leaks they have charged for. £400 later, Now the apartment below is raining in water and they have missed two scheduled appointments over two days, with no call or update to let me know they are not coming. Great work guys. Please can I get my keys back so I can call someone else to repair your work. Thank you

I've used them for 2 jobs now and both times Mario was great. He quickly found the problem (1 broken flush and 1 leak), and sorted the jobs within the day. The second issue I had he actually came out on the day I called and completely fitted around my availability. I cannot recommend them enough and think the customer service from Nathan is also absolutely brilliant. Will always use these guys for future jobs from now!

I needed a plumber in an emergency over a leak in my apartment. Paul came out to look at the work and made everything secure. The service was outstanding. Very friendly and efficient. I needed follow up work doing which involved pricing a job and delivering. This was followed up quickly with the price detailed in advance and done to time. I will I’m sure use this firm again in future. A big recommend for me.

These guys were quick to respond and were at my house within an hour! My toilet was backing up and after trying myself to clear it, I gave up and rang My Emergency Plumber as they were recommended by a friend. They found that the manhole outside was blocked and they were quick to clear the blockage. They even cleaned up after the job was finished. Would definitely recommend using these for any blockages

Very impressed by the service of this company. The engineer came out very quickly to resolve a leak coming through a kitchen light fitting and sealed the shower. When another leak appeared the following week they were back within a few hours and the work has held up really well. Very reasonably priced and professional - cheaper than some of the non-emergency quotes we got. Highly recommended!

Had a leak coming from the ceiling and needed someone to come out ASAP. Nathan gave me a timescale of when he could be there and rang me before to confirm. Nathan quickly identified the problem and fixed it but also helped with a few other boiler issues that I had been having. Great work and attended the problem straight away. We had an issue with a blocked drain in the morning which caused water flowing into the kitchen. Niall and his colleague came within a short space of time and cleared the problem up straightaway by jetting the pipes outside. Very professional and would highly recommend to others in the future. Absolutely fantastic service, we phoned on the day with an emergency to our soil pipe and James got to us the same day! Needed an emergency plumber on a Saturday evening for a burst pipe on the boiler leaking into the kitchen below. Came within the hour, fantastic price and stopped the leak asap. Brilliant job! Came out to my flat within about an hour of me ringing them up. Plumber was great, found the leaky valve and already had a spare on him. Super quick job even though the pipe was partially behind a wall and can't be seen very well. Cheaper than a non-emergency plumber who gave me a quote and a 5 hour wait!

Can't recommend enough. Called MEP out on a Saturday and they got here within 30 minutes. Found the cause of the leak that other plumbers hadn't been able to (we live in a block of flats so leaks travel and finding the source gets complicated). Turned a nightmare situation around for us. The good thing is that it was faster booking, they arrived in 30 minutes after booking.. But the service was bad because one of the plumbers was not patient enough to find out the issue and just gave an advise without to check around, until I have required to check around.

The engineer turned up in good time. Quickly assessed the repair and added an improvement to the pipework, completed the job and left it all clean. Not cheap, but you pay your money and get what you pay for. Very happy with workmanship.

Although the plumber was good but I was charged two hours for an hour few minutes job so I ended up paying total £200 despite they had to go to shop to pick up a piece of £10 and had to pay for their travel time of 20 min
