HIGHLY NOT recommended!Neesha is NOT professional! You can see this even by her response to people here, to protect herself she is ready to reveal patients private info! Neesha told me a lot of WRONG, COMPLETELY WRONG info! After Neesha's diagnosis, I went to see 4 different specialists and 4 different physiotherapists.ALL of them told me that my baby doesn't have not even one sign of the symptoms Neesha told me! They told me"GO HOME, the diagnosis someone told you, is very serious and there is no even sign of that, who told you that?! EIGHT HIGH QUALIFIED SPECIALISTS told me that. That must tell you guys something! Can u imagine mums, that my baby crawled a commando type of crawling, and Neesha found that wrong?! She literally FORCED my baby to crawl! Tried to convince me that the type of commando is not right (not even tell me that that was type of commando), I've read that someone told here that she tries to keep patients, that's TRUE! I haven't go to any specialist for treatment, and somehow Neesha's diagnosis didn't prove themself. My baby become better in two weeks, and now my baby is 10 months walking, BUT Neesha told me that based on her diagnosis baby would walk at 18 months. IF I CONTINUE TO SEE HER, SHE WOULD HELP WALK EARLIER. She tried to keep me as her patient. Also, the last time I saw her, she was definately SICK, her voice was husky and I suspected something, and right after we saw her, me and my baby become sick! Considering, that we have been leaving home just to see her. THE MOST IMPORTANT FACT! MY baby started to cry, do you know what she did? She still FORCED my baby to exercise?! WHAT?! and, allowed her self to cross all the private boundaries, to tell me, a mother, that is my fault my baby cry, "u teached your baby this. What? Neesha didn't care that baby cried, all she did, is still tried to force baby do UNNECESSARY EXERCISE!!! Neesha, do not try to convince me otherwise, and twist my words professionally as you learned here by typing nice excuses and making like it's someone else's fault. That was how it was, and that how I left in a medium session of a lesson. P.S. Be more professional and sympathetic, and do not cross personal boundaries, by telling MOTHERS its their fault. Do not take money from other people by telling wrong diagnosis! As what you told me, and some other people is completely not right.

I would like to say thank you so much Neesha and her team for seeing us the last few months you’re a godsend. We saw so many physio’s and were nothing but frustrated with the lack of treatment they were giving my son and not working on his actual issues. From the first session we did with Neesha it was like a weight was lifted that someone was actually focusing on his problem which was an arm injury from birth. We are already seeing amazing changes in a short amount of time and have a treatment plan and orthotics and exercises we can do to help him at home. No one else was helping like this at all. We never had anything close to it with other physio’s it just felt like we were wasting time with them. Neesha helps with any issues we may have from collaborating with our other therapists to helping with funding . Thank you so much Amy, Neesha and Vivian . I look forward to my son being 100% as I confidence we are going to get there now!

I had been suffering from migraines for 12 years, and had received treatment from many specialists and physiotherapists. While I wasn't cured, seeing a physiotherapist once a week kept the migraines at bay. When I moved to bankstown, I needed to find a new physio and found My Favourite Physio Bankstown via google. They advertised specialty in migraine treatment so I gave it a go. Not only have I been migraine free for 7 months, but the 4 week treatment was very pleasant. Ian has a lovely bedside manner. He took the time to explain each part of the treatment and how it works, as well as answer the hundreds of questions I had. He always made sure I was comfortable during the treatment and would adapt the treatment to cater to me specifically. I can't express how thankful I am. My quality of life has drastically improved, thanks to your treatment. I would highly recommend the team at My Favourite Physio.

I have suffered from long term back pain due to incorrect posture sitting in front of my computer. During past years I have tried other therapist but nobody has helped to fix my problem. At My Favourite Physio, Ian has taken his time to explain to me why the problem happened, also shown me correct postures, and exercises to strengthen neck and back muscles. After only a few weeks treatment I am feeling so much better. It has really improved the quality of my life. I also enjoyed talking to the friendly staff members every time I am there. Amy at reception has always made me feel welcome. I always enjoyed the little conversations with her after each session. And Neesha's children are so talented. I was 23 now 25 suffering from debilitating head pressure, headaches, vertigo for two years before seeing Ian. I saw numerous doctors, psychologist/psychiatrists for the matter and they all had no idea what I was talking about. non could give me treatment options, they convinced me that my symptoms are psychological, apart of me wasn't convinced. I began to do my own research after suffering for so long and that's how I found Ian. he resurred me several times that my illness isn't mental and we begun the 6 week treatment straight away, in that time my symptoms started reducing and my personality started coming back, along with my willpower and overall happiness. I was lost and overwhelmed with what my next step and treatment plan will be or look like for my children, but then I was recommended this place and they were so understanding and helped me put a treatment plan together and made everything with out any stress . I’ve been attended my favourite physio since 2016 for 3 of my children all with different issues . They treated each child differently and made a unique treatment plans and all of my kids my kids all reached there goals before time . All the staff are determined and dedicated to get the best out of all the kids and I have such a support system at my favourite physio . I highly recommend My Favourite Physio! Neesha is beyond amazing and is fantastic at what she does. My son had been seen by so many physiotherapist’s, and all were unable to help him achieve his goal to walk. When all hope was lost, we met Neesha and she was the only one who was able to diagnose the problem and treat it to help him achieve his goal to walk. She has also helped my son develop his strength, fitness and balance, as well as incorporating speech and behaviour management techniques. I have never met, nor will I ever meet, another therapist like Neesha! She is friendly, kind, dedicated, genuinely cares, listens, and values each patient and their families. Neesha’s attention to detail is outstanding and she is truly an expert in her field.

After so many years visiting various and numerous massagers, acupuncture's and Physio's I have finally found an organisation My Favourite Physio who are genuine caring and very professional. Ian who is my physio has managed to resolve my aches and pains. I was told years ago from the Dr that I needed surgery and I refused too. Wow wow wow! Neesha is fantastic. My 2 year old son was constantly limping and walking with his feet pointing outwards. She corrected his foot posture with castings made him feel very comfortable every session we were there. After 6 weeks of changing the casts weekly, we completed 6 weeks of physio treatment to assist with his strength. We are so happy with his results, we can see a big change and he no longer limps. Thank you Neesha for all your help and support through this journey. Even when Charlie was having an off day she would change around the physio activities to suit his wants and to make him happy. She was very patient with him and tried to make every task as fun as possible!

Neesha is a highly experienced and professional physio. Prior to seeing her, we saw numerous physios, OTs and paediatricians for assessments and sessions. We’ve even had senior physios and OTs with DECADES of experience. Not not single one of them diagnosed our child with any major medical conditions. But Neesha was able to detect a medical condition within the first assessment. Our paediatrician agreed with her assessment and referred us to see a paediatric neurologist. Neesha is not your average physio. Had we not seen her, we would have gone through our entire life not knowing our child’s medical condition and wondering why he walked a bit different to other kids. handed out wrong information in treatment for baby at 14 months old about the motor skills and speech skill, very bad experience and try to keep the client coming back...WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE Thanks for your reply! We attended for 2 sessions in Feb this year, 1 session for 1 hr. I still remember that my daughter cried throughout for 1 hr in every session, heart broken to be a mum honestly. Anyway, after we quitted and saw different O.T (occupational therapy) in different area, she achieved big improvement and main thing is without CRY, she enjoyed alot. When she was 18m old, she could walk, run, jump, climb, now she turns 2, she even can dance, turn around...

This is not just a clever name, they really are my favourite physio. After having constant headaches for 6 weeks I was at a loss as to what to do next. After 9 Dr's appointments, an MRI, a referral to a Neurologist and 3 different medications I went and saw Ian at My Favourite Physio. After a comprehensive check, Ian found the isdue to be in my neck and worked on fixing my problem. It was almost instant relief and with a few follow up appointments I have been headache free for over a week. Ian is professional and personable and made my experience comfortable. Can not recommend My Favourite Physio enough for people suffering from headaches.

When I took my princess to this centre, I didn't have much expectations. She just came out of spica cast, and couldn't even tolerate me touching her leg. I didn't think she would sit straight let alone stand/walk. Fast forward 4months, she rolled and sat straight, and now she plays tag with her siblings without toppling over. She walks straight to the treadmill and signs to start the therapy. It is such a wholesome institution. Everyone is so easy to talk to and I have recommended them highly among my friends and would recommend anyone who is suffering. They provide results, very much goal oriented practice. My daughter had the first session with Naasha, for my daughter and I must say she was absolutely amazing. Naasha was not only incredibly helpful in providing motivation and building my daughter's self-confidence, but she also took the time to explain to her why the sessions were necessary. The rest of the sessions was with Vivian, she was exceptionally kind and excellent at her job. She was always ready to answer any questions we had, even if they were not directly related to the sessions. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I can already see significant improvement in my daughter.

Excellent paediatric physio, would highly recommend Neesha. As long as you follow exactly what Neesha tells you in regards to exercise/stretches etc., your child will have a positive outcome from their physio sessions. I was extremely happy and comfortable with the way Neesha worked with my toddler and he was up and walking within the timeframe that Neesha told us in our first visit. Amazing Physiotherapy Practice! Suffering for the longest time from shoulder/back pain that had kept me out of the gym and progressed into severe migraines. So happy to have found My Favourite Physio. Neesha took time to assess my condition fully and clearly layout the treatment plan. The physio sessions addressed the root cause of my migraines. I've not had a new migraine and I'm able to train again with my shoulder pain gone. I'm blown away by the progress, It's been a game changer for me, I highly recommend my Favourite Physio!

We took our daughter at 13 months and she had not rolled or crawled and started bum shuffling. We previously took her to another physio who said she was fine and she doesnt want to crawl. Yvonne was very professional and knowledgeable and my daughter was crawling within a month. In another 4 months she started taking her first steps. Had a fantastic first session with Dr Neesha and more to come. The physio was warm and welcoming and gave great feedback with diagnosing my 18 month olds foot issue. Together we put a strategy to correct her knee and ankles. Dr helped us through the steps to implement her treatment. And to top it off welcomed us to call or text her if we needed after session support. I highly recommend this physio, especially for young children!

My daughter just started physio about a couple of months ago with Neesha. She loves Neesha and asks to go everyday. Overrated and way too expensive for a paediatric session! People are not made of money!! She charges way above the general pay grade for physio and has way below average resources. She also becomes very complacent and takes on too many kids to treat a day. If our kids with special needs were so important, why charge so much for the very basic service?

Excellent attention from the secretary Amy, always cheerful, smiling and friendly with patients. Nisha is a professional, not only in study, but also in practice, her experience is of high quality. Super friendly and professional staff at My Favourite Physio. Amy is great and always helps me out with whatever I need and Ian took the time to assess my issues and explain what changes I needed to make to my routine to get stronger and recover from my pains. They also have very good cleaning practices during COVID, so highly recommend!!

We were very lucky to have a family friend recommend Neesha to us. Neesha was able to pick up that our daughter had hip dysplasia where many doctors and nurses has missed this. We continued to see Neesha for other milestone development and results have been amazing. It can be a bit of tough love but it has worked well for us.

My son has shown big improvements since going to My Favourite Physio. Yvonne was great with him, she made the sessions fun but pushed him enough to get him where he is today. I let Neesha the head paediatric physio do an assessment on our 6 month old girl Evelyn. An excellent experience. Extremely thorough and I can see why she is a lecturer or hospital head practitioner. Myself and my wife will have no hesitation sending our future children there.

The staff are great. Lisa has been awesome fixing my calf muscle that I tore or pulled (maybe pulled) but she also fixed the tension in my left calf as well which I didn’t realise was an issue until she fixed it! She’s amazing! Happy to go back again if I have anymore issues!

Neesha clinic It’s all about charging you higher price and charge you extra money for absolutely nothing. Very bad experience and don’t recommend their services, they should be shameful for been so greedy and thirsty for money. Also they do give false recommendations.

The physiotherapists here are top notch. My daughter loves coming here. She actually looks forward to her sessions every week. Also, Amy the receptionist is amazing. She’s so warm and welcoming every time we see her. I whole-heartedly recommend this clinic!
