I have used this storage facility for many years. A few years ago, they would undoubtedly get a 5 star review. Newer ownership has 'corporatatized' what was a small business delivering a true family feel. That was attributed to ownership giving more decision making power to Sonia, the Office / Property Manager. She is amazing and has a warm, welcoming way of making her tenants feel special. Structure, and profits over people ownership has stripped that flexibility from this location. On top of that, the rate increases are a new constant. The rates were very stable before this property sold. I wish I had more positive news to report about My Garage. It has become unaffordable to the point that I am vacating one unit. I want to be out of my second unit by year end if at all possible. It is in My Garage's best interest to keep Sonia on their payroll. She is a difference maker.

Want Be Used Them In The Near Future They Supposed Had Fix It The Day After I Move In It Was Never Done My Hand Still Hurt From try To Open So I Decided To Move my stuff 2/20/2023. Couldn't Keep Dealing With This Really Sad...PEOPLE'S PLEASE DON'T USED THIS STORAGE I HAVE TEXT AND CALL OVER TO TALK TO A MANGER ON WHY WASN'T MY STORAGE FIXED LIKE I WAS TOLD THEY HAD NO PROBLEM GETTING MY MONEY..SO I'M GOING TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP....DON'T USED THIS COMPANY REALLY DON'T CARE GIVE YOU DAMAGE UNIT AND DON'T FIXED ANYTHING BUT SURE WANT THERE MONEY.BAD BUSINESS...please don't used this company

Very good place for storage.very clean .I’ve used this storage place for over 20 plus years for storing different things even though ownership has changed with higher prices…..still a great place.But the reason I really always come back is because of Mrs Sonia the property manager.a very hard worker ,she makes you feel valued as a customer., I remember when her children were babies…. she’s always willing to help and very knowledgeable of the property and its operations ..a very nice and always professional. employee .I appreciate Mrs Sonia for still being apart of the company.

I have been a tenant for many years, I think if it wasn't for Sonia I would had been left, she makes having a storage here so much better, she makes sure it is kept up. I really appreciate her for all she do taking care of all the tenants.

The inside smells like there's a dead body in one of the units. Infested with huge flies and bugs and refused to accommodate us in any way. There are much better places to keep your valuables.

My experience was spectacular from beginning to end. Sonia was welcoming, cordial, and definitely competent. I will recommend others to visit and patronize this location.
