I've been a patient at My Gentle Dentist Brookside, for quite a while now. I have an auto immune disorder & have no saliva. I have to visit the dentist every 2 months for regular treatment. I can't speak highly enough of My Gentle Dentist Brookside. My dentist here is Dr Deepti Parwani. I cannot speak highly enough of her. I need a dentist who is caring, kind, has a good 'bedside manner', & above all, is very gentle. Deepti is all these things. She is the best dentist I've had in a very long time. There is no need to be anxious & worried about your visit to My Gentle Dentist Brookside. You won't find a nicer, more caring dentist than Deepti Parwani. The reception staff are lovely to deal with, too. Your visit to My Gentle Dentist will be a very pleasant one. Highly recommended.

The team at My Gentle Dentist at Brookside have been looking after my teeth for over 4+ years and they make visiting the dentist a positive experience. Dr Emily and the dental assistant team ensure a high level of exceptional customer experience through professional dental services and advice, taking the time to explain the issues, the causes and the best solutions whether it be general cleaning through to more serious dental work. Nikki and her customer service team are relaxed, courteous and flexible which is perfect where my schedule is often a disruptor to planned visits and the facilities are clean and modern and user friendly (TVs on the ceilings). The whole family visit the My Gentle Dentist Team and actually enjoy doing so, especially the kids!

I highly recommend My Gentle Dentist at Brookside shopping centre. All the staff are amazing, super helpful and knowledgeable. You know the treatment rooms and tools used have been cleaned and sanitised to an extremely high standard, which is always reassuring. In particular, Dr Deepti is truely one of a kind dentist, she understands the anxiety a lot of patients have with dental treatment and always takes her time, listens and is reassuring in a really positive way. I can absolutely 100% say this, I was absolutely petrified to see a dentist until I found Deepti. I’ve been seeing her now for over 5 years and travel from the Southside to see her. I wouldn’t have it any other way. She’s amazing.

I used to be afraid of going to the dentist, but not anymore – I actually look forward to going. Dr. Deepthi is extremely kind, friendly, patient and is truly a ‘gentle dentist’. I have never had a better dentist than Dr Deepti at Brookside My Gentle Dentist. She is so professional, knowledgeable, kind and gentle. She takes the trouble to explain what to expect at each stage of the treatment. Alongside having always received excellent treatment, I have also learned a lot about teeth. The Dental Nurse, Sri, is also wonderful. Added to that, the Receptionist, Nikki is excellent at her job and goes beyond the call of duty. The practice appears to have the best and latest equipment. Absolute, hands down the best Dentist my kids & I have been too. From the lovely reception staff to the friendly hygienist staff and Dee our amaaaaazing dentist. We love how she explains everything, is gentle and patient plus gives lots of breaks, and practical tips and ideas. The best recommendation comes from my ASD, anxious child who now legit enjoys the dentist. We all now floss our teeth and once my other child spent 30 mins by choice, watching the reception TV full of interesting and fun facts about teeth, hah! I could go on and on, but in summary Best. Dentist. Ever!!!

I usually get very nervous about visiting the dentist but my visit with Dr.Deepti at My gentle dentist Brookside was a great experience. She looked after me very well and did a wonderful job.I am highly needle phobic and needed extraction with my wisdom teeth and she did that very efficiently and the whole experience was surprisingly very painless. Highly recommended this dentist. The staff are amazingly courteous and kind. The staff are fantastic and very friendly. I have a lot of dental trauma from when I was a kid and have always found it hard to go to the dentist. I always feel safe and genuinely cared for at My Gentle Dentist. I went from having extreme anxiety before dental appointments to enjoying my visits. They also have a screen above you during procedures so you can watch movies etc. which is a fantastic distraction. Honestly the best dental surgery I have ever been to.

I could not recommend a more professional, kind and beautiful dentist as Dr Deepthi. My family and I have been seeing her for years and are so grateful for her. She takes so much care in the work she does and treats her patients so incredibly well (especially my mum and I as we are quite anxious when it comes to dentists). DEEPTI IS THE BEST DENTIST EVER She is kind caring and always puts our needs first. She has been our dentist for over 10 years. She started treating our children when they were young and now teenagers they are taller than her and enjoy their visits. We drive 50 mins each way just to see her. I'd been undergoing long term dental treatment with Dr Deepti and was always impressed with her care and the way she always told me what to expect after each visit. I started seeing Deepti and asked for the perfect smile. We started with Invisalign to straighten my teeth then she fitted 8 porcelain veneers and I absolutely love the result. I can’t believe the difference from my ‘before’ pic. It’s brought me so much more confidence and she delivered her promise of a perfect smile. I can’t recommend this practice more highly. I went in for a procedure today and had a reaction to the anaesthetic. I felt horrible and it took me a long time to recover to the point where I felt okay to leave. I felt embarrassed, but ALL the staff were fantastic. Comforting me and just reassuring me that I’ll be okay. Even to the point where they escorted me home. Thank you for your support.

Went to My Gentle Dentist @ Brookside Shopping Centre.. Had a broken front tooth & another Dentist had fixed the tooth, however, it was a bit short... Then enter Dr. Deepti (a good looker) made my tooth as good looking as her.. Wow ! What a GREAT JOB.. Her & her assistant was extremely gentle, thus, the name of the dental surgery.

Extremely professional, able to identify the problem quickly, outlined a clear dental approach plus advised the overall costs and next day follow up. The dental staff are really friendly, the environment uses latest technology, and any waiting period is very rare. I had no concerns with Covid due to the high hygiene practices.
