Went for dinner here last night with the family for the first time and unfortunately it will be the last time. Service was horrendous. Our appetizers were served but no plates on the table. Asked the server for plates, said she’ll get them right away as she continued to walk around aimlessly. After 5 mins, asked another server for plates by walking up to the counter. Plates finally came after that request but they only gave 4 .. there were 6 adults and 2 kids at the table. We shared the plates as we felt embarrassed about continually having to ask/bug them for things. In one of the appetizers, we found a hair, we moved it to the side (mistakes happen). When we were almost finished the plate, there was another hair. The server came over to ask how things were, so we discreetly told her about the hairs (didn’t want other tables to hear). She said she’d “investigate” and took the plate. No apology or anything. There were other empty plates which did not get removed. Main course was overly spicy and salty. Server did not ask for spice level: Got 1 out of the 4 items, then waiting 15 mins each for subsequent items. No serving spoons in a single dish. Had to ask for additions plates. Water not refilled. At this point we were just ready to leave since the manager wasn’t in to discuss anything. Got the bill paid, reluctantly tipped and left. Checked my bill this morning and we were charged for 1 extra appetizer that we didn’t order nor get and 1 naan that again we didn’t order nor get. There were just 2 other small tables there other than us and we noticed they were struggling as well. 3 servers but only 1 trying. For a new restaurant, you’ve got to do better.

We tried tandoori Momo & paneer pakoda as starters, Momo's were excellent we also ordered a Vada Pav which was highlighted on the menu. It was a disappointment as vada was broken with bland mash potato filling, felt like it was made hours ago. (filling need to be spiced up) but presentation was nice. For the main course we tried Lamb biryani, which was excellent. Lamb was tender & portion was generous. We also ordered Shahi Paneer, Chicken Tikka masala with naan baskets, and indo chinese favourite veg manuchurian and veg fried rice to try. Main course was excellent tasted good, portion size for gravy dishes was small for the price. Service was good but we found only one person serving with no additional help on a busier Friday night. Overall good experience and would love to come back to try few more dishes.

Our experience was not good from starting order to until payment. We ordered Dosa , Paneer chilly , Dry Manchurian and Kulchha. After ordering for 10 to 15 minutes they came and told us they didn't have a chef for making Dosa. We did not get food for around 45 minutes even though there were only 15 people in the restaurant including 6 us, my kids are so hungry and upset. We requested them, whatever is ready from over odred please bring it and finally we got instead of dry Manchurian they serve us in gravy Manchurian after 10 minutes. Same thing in Paneer chilly as well. We like Paneer kulcha. We spoiled someone's special day there and reached the payment counter and they didn't have a enough change and requested us to manage the change. We never go again .

Wow. It's the little things that add up. I ordered Channa Bathura from 2 different local indian restaurants in the last 2 days. I know...I normally don't post but the differences in these 2 take outs was significant. The pickles were actual veggies cut up instead of a few little onions. The Bathura itself was quite similar but the addition of roasted potatoes (included) was what i was missing from the other restaurant. The other restaurants advertised that you had a choice between potatoes or Raita but they didnt have discontinued potatoes so only Raita. My indigo offered both . It was delicious. The menu was detailed and easy to understand. I'm a fan.

First time at the St. Annes location. My wife and I shared a Naanwich (medium heat) and Chicken Biryani (spicy). Both items were freshly made, very flavourful and the portions were generous. The meal was very satisfying and did not leave you with a heavy feeling afterward (no greasy spoons here!). Server was very pleasant and attentive. Menu has a wide variety of options. Be prepared to wait about 15 - 20 minutes for your food to be prepared. It is well worth the wait! Just like the Terminator, "I'll be back".

We had a spectacular dinner last night at My Indigo! We ordered quite a few things to share for three people, and it was quite a bit more than enough. We shared the samosa chaat (a favourite) the papdi chaat, mussels, mixed veggie pakora (amazing), poutine, and butter chicken. We took home about 1/3 the total food, since the serving sizes are quite large! The service was great- very attentive, prompt, and kind. We will be returning without a doubt, to try the other dishes that didn't make it to our order this time. Highly recommend!

Wow I just tried this place for dinner pick up spent $70. All the curry dishes I got, the portion is so small, only couple piece of chicken and not much sauce. $20 per curry dish and with that small portion not worth it. Taste: the curry dishes i ordered actually just taste like the jar curry I bought from store/ costco! unbelievable !You can go somewhere with the same price with a fair portion of food. I won’t return or recommended this place.

We came at 2:30 on Friday(June 28), the food was yummy but i want to specifically thank the girl who was attending us- excellent customer service, never had such a beautiful experience in a punjabi restaurant. Terrible food and service I came with my son and husband. Food for me and my husband came and my son was waiting 10 mins until his food came. It took 30 mins for us to get some appetizers and then they forgot one of the appetizers. Didn’t even get more water after one cup I had to ask them for more water after one hour. If I could give 0 stars I would. The Choley were terrible and I could make food at home quicker and better taste. Super expensive with 0 quality of food.

Ordered for take-out, they said it will take 30 minutes and it took more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. And still missing items after waiting for so long.Very very disappointed, also portioning is very very small as compare to price. Never returning again to this restaurant and will not recommend this restaurant to anyone I wish i can give them rating in minus.

Keep in mind… only person in the restaurant. I will not be back.

My Indigo Indian Street Food are some of the best places in the city to try delicious Indian food, hence why you always see plenty of Indian people using them. They are also not afraid to use too much spice like a lot of other places who I guess try to keep non Indian people happier. Not here thankfully, even their samosas have a nice spice to them. The service at this location is also excellent and I would recommend it to all.

The atmosphere of this place is absolutely amazing, the staff was really friendly but the food didn't match my expectations, I have heard nothing but great things about them but personally found the flavour profile of the Indian food to be a bit off, the spice level was next to 0 and the street food was missing the tangy flavour.

I have been going to this place for a while for street food. The food is good as long as you order something other than their main dishes. We ordered butter chicken and they gave us 8 small pieces. I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is mediocre for the price and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic. You should not call yourself an East Indian restaurant. The vibe, music, and food feels ridiculously whitewashed. We ordered Dosa but the sambhar served was very watery and cold. Totally tasteless!!!

We went there for dine in on sep10, 2022 we waited for almost 20 minutes to be seated but no body was there to help us. We press the bell three times and even we can hear some girls taking in the kitchen but still no one cares. This was my first ant last time at this location. I was not expecting this kind of customer service.

Excellent food and service. We asked for spicy and they delivered. Everything was delicious and tasted like quality. Really impressed with our take out meal and the friendly staff.

I have to give it a one because of the curry. One of them tasted like it came from a jar. I forget the brand but it's identical and not nice.
