The store is great but the manager was the worse her name was Selena. First she was so rude with one of her employees. She persistently degraded her infront of customers. I approached the employee to make sure she was OK. Poor thing was so upset. She said she is a bully and has people quitting all the time. I told her to complain to corporate and she said I can't I need my job. I'm sure the media would love to hear this story. A boss that's a bully.

The manager is just horrible, her name is Selena. She treats all her staff so bad and they all end up quitting. She says that the staff doesn’t know how to clean, all they do is stand there and do nothing. However, she is the one who is just using her phone all day, talk mess about everyone and doesn’t even do any work. She shouldn’t be manager when there is other staff members that are more nice and hard working.

I haven’t been to the store in a while but I just went recently and it’s completely turned around in such a good way!!!!! Very organized, clean & friendly!!!!! I’ll be going to the store more now it’s super convenient and it has great service and they’re very helpful!

Las trabajadoras no son muy amables ,cierran antes de tiempo ,se supone que cierran alas 9 PM ,y alas 8:30 ya te andan sacando y le ponen seguro ala puerta,he visto muchas personas que llegan alas 8 y no las dejan entrar

They didn’t let my mom try out the fitting room cause they said that the fitting room was closed and there was 30 min left. Then they were just being rude.

One of my favorite shopping stores. Looking for summer sandals, hard to find size 10 or 10 1/2 gotta get when I can.

Hate it people just breathing on each other's neck in line no one seems to care not even the staff
