staff are so helpful and kind. good variety of stock and cat foods which aren’t sold at any other pet shop or online. prices are about $2 more expensive than petstock or petbarn so just be aware. can be difficult to find street parking unless you park in the carpark and walk through the shopping centre to get there.

I have stopped in a few times, and every time the staff have been friendly and helpful. Makes for a delightful experience when shopping for my pets to have staff that make you feel welcome. The service is also quick and easy. Will definitely be going there for my specialty needs.

Always willing to help and actually Take you to the products you can't find when asking. Also they will open another checkout if there is a wait. The only bad thing is your Loyalty Points Expire Montly and you don't get to use them- not very fair if you are a loyal customer.

The star are the best bit of My Petwarehouse (Moonee Ponds central) are the staff. They leap like a kangaroo; who has just felt the nose of a dingo on its tail from seemingly no where to greet you with a smile and we'll go to no end to see

Although smaller than most stores the range is great for dogs. If you have a cat,a rabbit or parrot, order on line. The range is caters to the area.
