Amazing service! Adam and his colleague (sorry didn't catch his name) were very friendly and helpful. They loaded and unloaded everything carefully, and took extra care to ensure everything fit nicely into our storage unit, something i was very anxious about! They even wrapped up our fragile stuff with extra bubble wrap, and even shrink-wrapped all fabric stuff to ensure it didn't get dusty or dirty in the storage unit. They were very efficient, the whole thing took about 3 hours to load up the van (from our 2 bed flat on the 2nd floor), drive 2.5 miles to the storage, unload everything, take it up in the lift and make sure everything fit in without being squashed. Very reasonable price (£280). All the other companies I got quotes from started at about £500, and the only one I found that was cheaper (any van) had appalling reviews and didn't offer any of the additional services like extra protection for the furniture. Would highly recommend this company and will use again when we eventually move our stuff out of storage and into our new home.

Excellent Removals service, from start to finish. Michal was extrememly professional, helpfull and accomodating ... he provided a very fairly priced quote, delivered packing materials in advance, gave excellent advise & planning as to how we could complete our move from London to Hampshire in one day and he remained a key point of contact throughout, offering assurance right up until the move day. The move went very smoothly and completely as planned. The team arrived promtly at 7.30 am and worked incredibly hard througout the day. Fragile items were handled with great care and where required, furniture was dismantled and re-assembled at the other end. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and consideration ... and by 4.30pm we were in our new home. A great, friendly team who worked incredibly hard to make a very stressfull situation and day go so smoothly. Massive thanks to all the team for making the move happen. Excellent service, super efficient and helpful. Michal and his team helped me move my belongings and drive them to a storage depot at a competitive price. My move date was postponed and Michal kept in touch to check on progress. On the day of the move everything went smoothly, the process was fast and efficient. The removal men stacked 2-3 boxes one on top of the other and carried them down the stairs, they have Herculean strength! I could barely lift the heaviest box myself. These guys are very busy so it's better to book them in advance. I had a very positive experience with My Safe Removals and I would definitely recommend them if you are moving house.

We used My Safe Removals to move from London to Kent. We opted for the dissembling of our bed and wardrobes and reassembly the other end. I was a little worried that the move day would go well, but I needn’t have worried..! The crew were all great, arriving at 8am as arranged and left our new house at 8pm with all the work and reassembly done. The whole crew were pleasant, friendly and worked hard all day. They were well organised, clearly experienced and went the extra mile to make the day go as smooth as possible. I was more than happy with the service, so much so I gave them all a generous tip.! Highly recommend.

Michal and his experienced team did an excellent job on the day of our move. They were punctual and got to work wrapping furniture, pre packing fragile items and loading up. Never once complained despite all the problems we had on the day through no fault of our own. They also moved our daughter a couple of days later and cannot fault them. We would not hesitate in recommending them. It was a fair price and a very professional service all round.

These guys were brilliant They didn't say, but we know for sure that there was more to move than they thought when they were a few hours into the job. Never once complained. Always friendly the whole way through. Kept in phone contact on the journey to our new home which was a few hours drive away. Couldn't be more helpful. Even roped in an extra guy on the day for free. I moved from a one bedroom flat on third floor in N5 to N15. I used the packing and moving service, where they dismantled and reassembled furniture. My experience of this company was excellent. Their quote was reasonable and no hidden charges. They delivered boxes the week before so I could do some minor packing for valuables beforehand. Packing was professional and thorough. Would highly recommend.

My Safe Removals were excellent. Thoroughly professional, punctual, considerate and friendly. This was all the way through from initial dealings with Dorota in the back office/accounts, Michal (Managing Director), delivery of packing materials, to the guys ('G' and Sandro) who did the actual collection, driving and drop-off. Moving home can be stressful, My Safe Removals eradicated this.

Just completed our move with the My safe removals team and they were fabulous, we highly praise and recommend them! Started with Michal, doing the video consultation which was quick, then the estimate and being in touch before the move itself. The team turned up on time, was super careful in packing fragile items and making sure not to make a mark anywhere.

We decided not to go with their services as the unsolicited calls and emails we received were relentless. I requested a quote via their website and then received over 10 unsolicited calls from various people from the company. Even after we complained and requested we were removed from their contact list, we still received calls and emails for weeks. Avoid!

This operation was amazingly good. They carefully and expertly packed EVERYTHING we needed, and also labelled everythin...and moved it! And then put the relevant boxes in the relevant rooms of our new home. The movers were polite and smart and and hard working, and they go above and beyond. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Worth every penny.
