This is kind of a long review but I wanted to let others know what a great experience I’ve had. I’ve finally found a dentist I can trust. I originally went to My Smile Doctors in Parramatta early last year 2022, and I saw Dr Navdeep Dhillon and let me just start by saying that I have been seriously phobic about having dental work for many years now, so it was with some trepidation that I found myself suddenly needing to see a dentist again, but I am so happy to write this review as I have never felt better about seeing a dentist. I highly recommend Dr Navdeep and his team as they are excellent in every way. All the staff at the practice in Parramatta are calm, caring, kind and wonderful. Sabrina always follows up after any work and Rupi too is friendly and professional. The customer service from the whole team is outstanding and Dr Dhillon leads by example. I’ve never met such a chill dentist before and his manner honestly went a long way to help alleviate my fears. He explains everything clearly, even showing pics and diagrams if needed and is so patient and professional. He exudes calm. He never made me feel worried, rushed or anxious and that’s huge. As I said, I am normally so fearful about going to the dentist, but I quite quickly started to relax as I felt I was in good hands and I felt safe. The guy has a natural peaceful energy and that transfers. And look, if it’s not natural, it’s well practiced. Gift or talent, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Also, My Smile Doctors is beautiful and clean, it has easy, onsite parking and relaxed atmosphere. Thanks to Dr Navdeep and his team, I feel I have made substantial progress in becoming much more confident than I’ve ever been about having dental work. This is such an achievement for me. And now I feel my teeth are in great shape too. I had a dental implant, filling, and deep cleaning and I’m feeling so proud of myself and proud of the team too. I won’t be as worried when its time for my next check-up. My Smile Doctors Dentist in Parramatta really are the best!

Please avoid these guys completely. We were new to this country and unfortunately my wife started having her wisdom tooth pain. We visited this dentist as they were closer to where we live and he was an Indian. After examining my wife's wisdom tooth, Mr. Navdeep Dhillon advised that it has to be extracted. They gave us some papers that gave us the complication of wisdom tooth surgery and asked us to call them if we decide to go ahead with extraction. They specifically told us to avoid antibiotics as there is no infection. My wife had doubts as these guys looked completely motivated by money. She sought second opinion. We then read posts online and heard about another very genuine dentist, Dr. Bala from Homebush. He advised that the pain was due to infection that can go away with antibiotics and extraction was not necessary at all. In fact there were other major problems that my wifes teeth had such as decay that were more worrying. We followed his advice and the pain completely went away. There was no need of Extraction at all. So it seems that they suggested extraction only so that they could make $600 out of the extraction. Nothing else. No Ethics. Please Please if you reading this review, completely avoid them. Typical Indian guy abroad who will make money at all costs at patients expense. And I am completely baffled by the good reviews for this dentist. Either they are fake or they dont know what they have been into. AVOID COMPLETELY EDIT 24/01/2022: PS: After I left this review, I noticed immediately next day 3 or 4 good reviews for wisdom teeth immediately after my review, which means they are basically posting fake google reviews for higher rating. Please please avoid them!

I've been incredibly self conscious about my teeth for many many years. When I first had my teeth looked at for help, at the age of 16 I was told "nothing could be done, wait 6 months" and that any help would be minimum $8000-$10,000 and that "would not be all". It was more then a child could afford and more then I could emotionally handle. I avoided getting help in fear of the not only the phsycial pain, but the financial too. I am 24 years old now and have chosen this dentist to be the one that carries out one of my biggest transformations in life. They are not only incredibly fair with cost, but the work they perform is better then anything I've experienced before (and I've experienced a lot in both Sydney and Brisbane) I had three teeth removed in one day as well as 5 fillings done; I had no pain after. Not 2 hours, not 4, not 8, not even the next day. I experienced no pain at all. I came to (straight after this procedure) with a beautiful bouquet of flowers on my lap, an incredibly touching gesture by the staff. They were so compassionate and caring, it meant the world to me that they understood. While I am still going through the process of getting the perfect smile that I've always dreamed of, I cannot express my huge gratitude and I cannot recommend My Smile Doctors enough Thank you so much again! The best dental experience I have ever had!!! I honestly never write reviews on any website, but I really do believe that I need to share my positive experience. I am normally a very anxious patient, but at Dr Dhillon's practice, I feel at peace. The friendly service from the receptionist and the professional service from Dr Dhillon make me feel at ease every time I make a visit. Last year, I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed at this practice, then decided to start my Invisalign treatment. Dr Dhillon took the time from the very beginning to sit down and explain the process to me and went over all costs, so there were no hidden surprises. I'll be honest and say that I went to another dentist (from NIB) to get a comparative quote, to get an idea if the costs were reasonable. They were pretty much the same. The other dentist suggested I get one of my teeth removed (in addition to all 4 wisdom teeth) and then start Invisalign. When I told this to Dr Dhillon, he said that was not necessary and that was the whole point of Invisalign, to avoid tooth extraction. So I decided to go with Dr Dhillon because of his service, professionalism and very clean practice. I am now into my last stages of Invisalign and can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I visited My Smile Doctors to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. When I arrived for my consultation, all the staff were welcoming and had a warm loving vibe. They all did their job so perfectly. Dr Dhillon explained everything in detail and held no information back and i'm really grateful for that. The day of my surgery was terrifying for me as I have never experienced anything like that, but the sedationist Dr Melissa Licenblat was as sweet as can be. She helped me calm down and feel at ease. Rupi was also comforting me and was kind enough to give me some flowers after my procedure. Dr Dhillon did such a good job surgically removing my teeth that I did not even feel so much pain afterwards and only had slight swelling. Sabrina, the receptionist was also kind enough to check up on me during the week and also made sure I knew I could call/message any time to ask questions. I can't recommend these amazing guys more! If you need to have any kind of dental treatment, My Smile Doctors are the ones to visit! You will be so satisfied with your visit. Nothing but pure professionalism. I'm so pleased and grateful for my experience and everything they've done for me. I will 100% be visiting again. Thank you♡

My daughter has been attending My Smile Dr’s for the past year. She was in primary school & after a bad experience with another dentist; she was not looking forward to visiting another...I’m glad we made the switch. Dr Dhillon and his team provide outstanding service from the moment we walked in the door. After visiting Dr Dhillon, my daughter’s fears of the dentist have disappeared. She was even brave enough to have an extraction with no pain! His dental studio is clean, modern and beautifully presented. Being a huge coward myself; I finally decided to see Dr Dhillon on Jan 11 this year- again, the service was outstanding (& thorough) from start to finish! Just recently had my wisdom teeth out, was scheduled at a different dentist where the dentist doing the surgery became hostile after I didn’t like the way he mocked me for not knowing dental terminology. My smile Dentist in parramatta was a breath of fresh air in comparison! Everyone is so friendly and caring. I am always greeted by name when I walk through the doors. Having only visited 3 times now, that’s a pretty great thing. On the day of my wisdom tooth extraction, I was very taken care of, by the two lovely ladies at the desk and by the dental surgeon and nurse. I was surprised but greatful to be given a warm towellete soaked in essential oils to calm my nerves before the surgery. Very accommodating and caring staff. I now drive 30/40 minutes to My smile Dentist as opposed to the 10minutes at my local dentist.

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed under local anaesthesia. I found the surgery very stressful and I was really anxious about the pain and how the surgery would be performed. The doctor picked up on this and got the procedure done as quickly as possible. The surgery went okay, there was a lot of pressure on my mouth and it was not as smooth as I expected. However, the best thing about this dental practice is the customer service. The reception ladies show an extreme amount of care and ensured I was clear on what to do after surgery and how to best look after the wound. I received numerous 'follow up' SMS messages to check-in which I found went above and beyond as I was able to ask questions and get answers almost instantly. I had a really painful days because of my wisdom teeth. While searching I found a really good reviews about this place. Finally, I booked an appointment and underwent wisdom teeth extraction procedure where I removed all my 4 impacted ones under local anaesthesia. I was really worried first about pain and all stuffs. But Dr. Dhillon made sure that I was okay and was not feeling any pain during the procedure. It was not even 1 hour procedure. Rupi and Sabrina was also very informative and made sure I had enough information about everything pre and post-surgery. Post-surgery, they were checking up on me if I was doing okay. This is my experience here at My Smile Doctor. I'm really thankful I went to there for my tooth extraction. Kudos to the whole team. Appreciate a lot!!! ❤❤❤

I recently had an extremely painful wisdom tooth infection. I called many different dentist but no one could fit me in. When I called my smile doctors and explained my situation, they were able to see me on the same day. Dr Dhillon and his team were very friendly and helpful. He started me on a treatment plan for the infection and explained I’d need to have my wisdom teeth removed. I chose to go with sedation and was scheduled for surgery the following week. On the day of the surgery I was very nervous but the team were so professional and answered all of my questions which made me feel more at ease. The procedure went smoothly and was pain free, it felt like I had just taken a nap. Thankyou everyone at My smile Doctors

I have just finished my Invisalign treatment and I am extremely happy with the results! My teeth look better than I could have ever hoped. Dr Dhillion has been great throughout my entire treatment plan (including removal of my wisdom teeth). He always took the time to answer any questions and explain all of my options regarding my treatment plan, and every single visit has been completely pain free. It’s always a pleasure coming into the clinic, everyone is so lovely and they always check in with you after a visit to make sure everything is going well. By far the best dentist I have ever been to - Dr Dhillion has completely removed any fear I had of going to the dentist! I could not recommend him and his team enough!

Dr Dhillon and the amazing team at My Smile were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. My 4yr old required a tongue frenectomy as it had impacted her speech. Dr Dhillon listened to my concerns and arranged for the procedure to happen as quickly as possible. The procedure went smoothly and she was well looked after and cared for gently. Her recovery was excellent and I was given adequate instruction to be confident with the post operative care. Her speech has improved significantly whilst still awaiting speech therapy and she proudly tells everyone her tongue is fixed haha. Absolutely stoked with the care and follow up received and cannot recommend this team highly enough.

I have been having some dental problems for past five months, visited other dentists and they could not figure out why I am getting pains, on my first visit to Dr Navdeep, he identified it was cracked wisdom tooth and suggested for tooth extraction. Being my first tooth extraction, my anxiety and dentistry fear was so high, but Dr Navdeep extracted the cracked tooth as simple and painless possible, totally unbelievable! I truly think he has a magic hand on dentistry. Everyone at the center is very friendly from the assistants to the receptionists. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone wanting top quality service and care.

After a lot of research I found my smile doctors in parramatta. I was initially anxious to remove my wisdom teeth however Dr Dhillon was very reassuring of the process and I felt comfortable to get the surgery done. All 4 wisdom teeth were removed seamlessly and I felt no pain in the process as I was under sedation. It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve recovered fully. It was definitely worth it as my gums kept getting infected because of my wisdom teeth, now I’m free of constant infections. I recommend Dr Dhillon, he was very professional and caring and so we’re the staff, I’m glad I chose my smile doctors. - Surush

My Smile Doctors is very highly recommended. It is very clean, great amenities (water, tea, coffee offered while waiting, very comfy waiting area) very friendly staff. As for the treatment, we had our son’s tongue tie released here. The doctor and the nurses are very kind and informative. They explained the procedure in detail as well as the recovery stage. The actual release of tongue tie was done in a flash and the baby didn’t even cry afterwards. After the visit the doctor and the nurses regularly contacted me and checked to see how my son was doing which was very comforting.

Friendly and professional team, Dr Dillion makes you feel at ease and explains the treatment in great detail. His assistant and receptionist are just as caring, always smiling and after your treatment they provide you with a detailed recovery plan, also they message/ check in with you to see how you are feeling after the treatment and are more than happy to answer any concerns or questions. I have had my wisdom removed and also had a few fillings. If you want a dentistry that cares and makes you feel comfortable than this is the place to go.

I never thought I would say a dentist appointment was a pleasure. Todays experience with My Smile dentist parramatta was a 5 out of 5. Everyone I came in contact with today was friendly and courteous. The practise was clean with easy parking and everything was explained to me thoroughly. I felt the time was taken to ensure I understood how to care for my teeth moving forward. Despite having to wait a little after my appointment time and having to get 2 wisdom teeth pulled out unexpectedly I would highly recommend them. Thank you!!

I cannot give a stronger recommendation for this Dental Practice. Every step of the process as a patient from arrival to treatment and follow-up was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Dr Goldie is the best Dentist I have ever dealt with. She goes out of her way to make you as comfortable and informed as possible, and she is a highly-skilled and professional dental practitioner. She is my favourite Iranian-Australian Dentist! :-) and I will be returning here, and only here, for all future dental treatment.

This was my first time visiting the Smile Dental Practice in Parra and certainly will NOT be my last. I was very pleased with their routine checkup and teeth cleaning service. The extra advice Ama (sorry if I spell your name wrongly) gave me on how to take care of my teeth daily and not rushing to any teeth whitening without healing my teeth sensitivity fully was not only helpful and professional but also beyond my expectations. It was a very pleasant experience overall and I highly recommend it to all locals.

Very excellent service !! Staff was very welcoming & made me feel comfortable. Dr Dhillon did an amazing job, I was so shocked as to how painless & fast the job was done. I’ve had very horrible experiences with wisdom tooth extractions & was shaking from nervousness but this was shockingly painless! I didn’t even know he started yet by the time it was over!! Also recovery is absolutely painless with no swelling unlike other times!! Worth every cent & will definitely continue going if I have any other issues :)

This dental practice is incredible ✨ as someone who has major dental anxiety, the staff have been nothing but supportive and understanding— ensuring I was comfortable from start to finish, and even checking in with me to make sure I was okay the next day. I came in to get 3 wisdom teeth removed under local. I was absolutely terrified and staff were understanding. The extractions were done quite fast, about 30 minutes and I had no complications afterwards. They also use a special needle so the adminstering of anaesthetic had very minor discomfort. Very modern and clean practice. Staff are friendly and check up on you after surgery. Definitely worth the money. I'm glad I found this place. I'm no longer afraid of the dentist. Thank you all so much.

My son, 2.5 yo, had his tongue tie release surgery completed by the team at My Smile Doctors. The surgery went exactly as planned and as a result my son has seen dramatic improvements with regards to his speech, appetite and sleep. The team at My Smile Doctors was always available to answer any questions or concerns regarding the surgery and aftercare, which was and still is greatly appreciated. Considering the extensive amount of work i have had done so far (surgical removal of an impacted canine as well as all 4 wisdom teeth) as well as my Invisalign work which is coming up, i could not be happier with my choice of dentist. Great staff and the best service, I had Goldie as my dentist and am so happy, really looking forward to going to a dentist now. She really cares for the patient, looks after them and makes sure she can find the source of any dental issues. I also had a scale and clean on my second visit, really great, will make this a yearly event now. Close to home so really happy too, and I got in on same day when my first issue was a very sensitive tooth.

Staff were absolutely lovely. They helped me through my treatment and after. Getting all four wisdom teeth out under sedation and they were lovely and guiding me all the way. Sat me down and went through everything regarding the procedure and side effects. The recipionst was in constant contact with me to make sure I was alright and to see how everything was going. As I was looking a good quality with reasonable price dentist, MySmile came up. I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed there which you know it is really unpleasant. Really lovely receptionist Sabrina explained all process & kept in touch with me and Dr. Dhillon did excellent job. It's been exactly a week and I have recovered really well. I never use to like going to the dentist however My Smile Doctors removes the fear that many have about the dentist and provide a really nice and friendly experience. Cannot thank all staff at My Smile Doctors enough. Previous doctors dismissed my concerns about my son’s (10 months) symptoms of taking breaks during feeding when he was younger. Doctor confirmed my concerns here and preformed the simple procedure of releasing the ties. We saw instant results just hours after. Best staff and service. Forever grateful for how they’ve helped my baby.

Emily and her assistant ( sorry i didn’t get her name) was so good with my two girls , First time visiting a dentist, so hence very nervous . Emily was so friendly and talked through every step with my girls , she’s fantastic. The ladies at the front desk were also very friendly and very helpful excellent service all round thank you for making the experience less scary for my girls

I love everything about this clinic! The receptionist Sarah is super friendly and has perfect white teeth when she smiles so you know their service is legitimate. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. Most importantly, the doctor does an amazing job to clean my teeth with high quality work in a timely manner. Will come again for follow-up service. I enjoy the experience. Muy bien!

I did a lot of research to decide where I wanted to get my wisdom teeth removed. I was SO impressed with My Smile Doctors. They had great communication before the consultation. The consult was easy and stress-relieving. And the procedure was a snack. I'm five days into my recovery and given it was just a clean procedure, I'm almost already back to normal. Highly recommended!

Thank you hi smile! My son was feeding hourly cried to the gp multiple times to be told his fine finally got a referral letter after 8 weeks to find out he had severe tongue tie. The dentist lasered it and I was feeding within minutes after now 3 weeks later a very happy bubba who’s jumped 3 sizes because someone finally helped us ! Thank you again amazing team

Great dental practice, nothing is ever an issue, Dr Dhillon was very professional spend some time explaining everything about what to expect and did very good job. Sabrina on reception is also great. As a family we have used it for everything from Root canal , crowns to wisdom Teeth Removal and everything in between and cannot fault them. Highly recommend.

Wow! This place is absolutely amazing, every one is so kind and friendly and really puts you at ease. I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out in literally like 30 mins. The twilight sedation was amazing and I didn’t feel a thing. The following day I have almost zero pain and no swelling at all. Thank you so much for the amazing service and flowers x

It was my first time for wisdom tooth extraction. I was in pain and also scared. However, I should say all thanks to Dr. Dillon and his wonderful team for making me comfortable during the process. I have been so impressed with my experiences here that I have been referring my family members as patients! They, too, have been really impressed! Good but expensive! I have got composite filling done previously through a couple of really experienced dentists in Sydney but what I paid this time was way higher and I was not informed about the cost. I highly recommend that you check how much its going to cost you before you get your treatment. Overall I am happy with the treatment.

Highly recommend this clinic. Staffs are very friendly and attentive as they were regularly checking how my son was doing after he had a tongue tie and lip tie surgery done. I felt a very valued customer as they have a welcoming environment and offer tea/coffee, water and biscuits. They made a hospital admission process very smooth.

I had a fear of dentists and had a few bad experiences, so after reading the reviews for here, i thought i'd try MySmiles out. After 5 visits, i can honestly say that this is the best dentist i've been to. My fear has gone, and last week my brother also came here and he was very impressed. All the staff here are friendly and kind.

I am very happy with how Emily treated me as a patient as she walked me through what she would be doing and always made sure I was comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Dr Dhillon is the most wonderful dentist. Everything I've had done over the years I am always 100% happy with. He and his lovely staff are all very friendly which helps to calm my nerves. They also text me the next day to see how I'm feeling. I would definately recommend Dr Dhillon if you're looking for a great dentist.

Went to the dentist for my daughter tongue tie and I was very pleased with the service and kindness of the staff. The clinic was very clean and the procedure was quick and fees were as expected. I had a great experience depsite the procedure being a little traumatic but as expected. Would greatly recommend.

Very accommodating for our 1 month old boy and his Frenectomy Tongue Tie severing. They even gave us a spare room to breastfeed privately for when he was hungry and to make sure he was feeding comfortably before going home. Super fast and efficient follow up review too! I got all 4 wisdom teeth done, with local, in one sitting. Very professional in how it was done and is healing along very nicely with no complications. I've been coming here now for the past few years and have only now realized I hadn't left a review. Dr Dhillon is an absolute gun, he is super friendly, patient and considerate. The amount of time and effort he puts into making sure you are comfortable, both pre and post procedure is second to none.

We went to this service for our 2 months sons tongue tie surgery. And we are so happy and blessed by meeting with Dr. Dhillon who is very happy professional and did the surgery very precisely. My son recovered quite fast and absolutely fine now. We highly recommend Dr Dhillon for tongue tie surgery.

The name "My Smile" perfectly suits this clinic. Everyone in the clinic are very professional, friendly and answers all your questions. Dr. Dhillon is outstanding with his work and the way he treats his patients. I got done with wisdom tooth extraction and couple of teeth fillings without any pain.

Dr Dillon is an excellent dentist. He removed my two wisdom teeth and did an awesome job. He did the job so nicely and I had no issues at all. We have been going to him for more than 7 years and would not go to anybody else. The staff is so helpful as well especially Sabrina, she is awesome.

I usually don't post google ratings but cannot say enough of the dentist. Had a wisdom tooth removed and filings over the different visits and finally zoom teeth whitening and everything was 100% and pain free except for the zoom teeth whitening. Have told all my family about this practice.
