My husband and I went in for a 'remedial' massage...NO one spoke English so communication was REALLY difficult...They took details of 'areas of concern' for when they massage.. This wasn't even looked at!.. The young lady who massaged me was obviously only new and needed everything explained (Which is understandable)...I asked for a good strong massage at least 3x hoping to get into knots in muscles etc... Did not receive this at all... I've been to other Chinese massage places who have worked REALLY HARD to get deep into the muscle areas... This was 'definately' not what was said to be 'remedial'.... When a client is spending $110 for a 1 hr remedial massage they should be using someone who is actually 'qualified'!... OR at least knows what they are doing!... My husband came away saying too that it was the worse Chinese remedial massage he has EVER had and only massaged lightly. We go regularly to a different one who is REALLY good so looks like we will be sticking with them instead! ... Not ever going back here again... Total waste of good hard earned $$'s!.....It is a shame as the place itself has a nice clean feel and beds are comfy etc... The massages really let the business down unfortunately.. They need to 'listen' to there paying clients and know there different massage techniques...Not just wing it with no idea at all.

Received an amazing massage from Ting, which made me rebook one month later. A day before, I was contacted to say she would not be in for my appt so it would be replaced with a male. I was reluctant to agree, as I’ve had some bad experiences before and he sounded sure to do a great job so I agreed to keep the booking. My massage was completed by a different staff member again, with no one checking if that was okay before hand. I had booked for either remedial or accupressure, and I certainly received neither. The staff member I received had no idea what she was doing. I wanted to get up and leave after 5 minutes but stayed in the hope I was over reacting. I had to explain to her where and what a knot was, it was just terrible. A waste of time, and I felt infinitely worse at the end of the ‘’massage’ than when I walked in. I’m very time poor and this was a much needed treatment for me and turned out to be such a disappointment. So unimpressed. The only reason not giving 1 star is because the staff member who gave me my first massage was great and the only reason I returned to a store completely out of my way from work or home.

Very disappointed that upon entering I was told there was a 15 min wait time... but I could deal with that.. I asked for a neck shoulders and arm massage. This should take 30 mins, so the board says. I finally got in the chair and she said is 20mins ok? I’m thinking bc they are busy and mustn’t have much time? So I politely agree.... The massage was interrupted about every 5 minutes and I’m not even exaggerating!!! Every time she came back from having to deal with walk-in customers she would start the massage over again in the same spot. I finally said I’ve had enough for that one spot. She left again... came back did my other shoulder and told me the massage had finished. !? Hardly any neck was done and no arms at all!! So I thought maybe I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt and handed over my $20... she exclaims no that’s $30!! What the hell?? It was the worst massage, always interrupted, wasn’t completed and definitely not 30 mins worth. Definitely wasn’t worth waiting for!! Unbelievable!! I won’t be going back..... Furious!!

Both myself and wife dropped in today, I had a back neck and shoulders massage and the wife had a foot spa and massage. We were amazed at the friendliness and kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the premises and the amazing massages they delivered. We had our 10 week old baby with us, and they were so accomodating with her and helped when she got grizzly. Such amazing staff and amazing massages.. definately considering making the 60km travel back each week..

I tried to be committed customer to this place for last 7 month since found it one of the cleanest massage shops with comfortable beds but unfortunately quality of masuze keep dropping. Few very good one came to knox but all good crews left after short or mobalised to other branches. Few last experience in knox and eastland branch was really awful and absolutely waste of time and money.

Worst experience! The lady doing my massage knows I want "gentle" "soft" massage only due to history of nerve pain but she did not listen and she only realised when I repeated myself after 10x! Now my neck is in a lot of pain I can't move it up or down and side to side! Please listen to your clients!

I haven’t been to this shop for a massage for a while. This time I felt like there were new masseurs in the shop. I chose a 1-hour massage. A woman massaged me. I felt that the massage technique was very poor. I didn’t feel much after the massage. Next time Won't come, it's a waste of time...

The staff are knowledgeable about massage therapy here. They are respectful about providing you with the experience you deserve without talking amongst themselves which can be distracting ....I have been a client at MY PLACE for over 3 years and always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated...

The quality and value has definitely declined and I won’t be returning. It used to be very good but after my experience yesterday I cannot recommend it and the current rating is far too high. Paid for a 50 min massage and got 40 and that includes the time it took me to get in and out.

I visited last week for Spa and was so impressed with Brandon’s service! His knowledge and expertise was evident, he was very professional whilst also being warm and friendly. I’m so impressed and will definitely be back. Thank you for providing a service far above what I expected!

I love going here. The staff are always friendly and they’ve got some great packages if you want to spend some time getting pampered. It does get busy so I recommend calling for an appointment, but I’ve never had a problem getting a time that works for me.

I have a good expenrence in here , the massage was so beautiful and the stuffs are lovely and friendly, my back legs and foot getting much better after I been visited, seriously, Im so happy with this massage shop, definitely will coming back soon.

Had a neck and shoulder massage. Not the best. The massage was not relaxing nor was it 'hitting the spot'. I asked for a very firm massage but it was more like a light rub. Walked away feeling no different. Won't be going back.

Visited My Place today at Knox. Brendon was the masseuse, I have a foot and leg massage. Very relaxing, so professional and very friendly. This is about the 4th time I have been here and highly recommend this spa .

Ting gave me a massage today and she is amazing, i give her 5 out of 5. The reason for my low rating is the manager kept chatting loudly with other staff outside my cubicle. I wanted peace and quiet.
