We moved our entire flat this with the help of my Carrio, and we were more than happy by the quality of the service provided (above all for such good price compared to competitors in Luxembourg) ! Even in the disassembly and assembly, all was really fast and perfectly done (some items was even better after their assembly than before). In addition they are really amazing because we have asked them additional things that was not discussed before and they were so arranging during the day of our move ! We highly recommend everyone to use My Carrio for moving !!

My tenant engaged them for her moving and they damaged the entrance door of my apartment. Unfortunately she did not highlight the issue immediately but only at the end of the day and they took advantage of it saying that nothing happened during the moving. Now she has to pay the damage (more than 400 €) that has been done by this unfair and unprofessional company. I also tried to reached them without success. Do not trust them.

To my pleasant surprise, the price of the service was not exorbitant which is not very common to find here in Luxembourg. I was in urgent need to transport some furniture during a weekend. Mr. Hiron who attended my call was very responsive, he understood my urgent need . He ensured personally that I have the driver and helper service within an hour. The price is very reasonable when compared to other similar service providers. I can warmly recommend Mycarrio, professional and friendly communication with @Hiron Raja, the founder. We moved on 13.12., the movers arrived at the appointed time, (one guy even before, just to be on time) moved the furniture and heavy things from apartment 3rd floor to the second one with care and without any breaks. Great service. I had 2 helpers pick up a load from my home to a small apartment. They were able to assemble a complicated book shelf without instructions just an image with ease. Not a lot of instructions needed. The only reason I put 4 stars is because they were 15 mins late - but that is really a minor complaint compared to what was received. Will book them again!

I have been coordinating with Hiron over multiple things - Delivery, pick up, assembly of items such as bed wardrobes, cribs, sofas and many more, gardening etc. He is always super responsive, follows through with excellent delivery and reasonable price. His services have made a substantial difference to our overall quality of life. Highly recommended.

Overall, really satisfied with the service provided in house shifting. Hiron and his team member Toti ensured that the job gets executed in the expected manner. The price is also amongst the lowest in Luxembourg. It's a growing startup and I wish them success in their future endeavours!

I used their services already 3 times. To deliver a washing machine and two runs from IKEA Arlon with furniture. The drivers were always punctual and helping. The price is nice and it's easy to arrange the date and time that is most convenient to you. Will use them more if need be.

We booked for moving our apartment, their team are very professional and friendly... price is also reasonable when compared to other moving companies. They took care of everything and did not allow me to do any kind of work. I will definetly recommend it to my friends as well.

Immediate response and the work was perfect. I called them for moving my furnitures and everything was moved perfectly. On another instance, I called for a electrician and the power shortage problem was solved quickly.
