The lovely ladies in the Manchester department today could not have been more helpful. Lena and Erma are treasures and because of them Myer will be my go to store from now on. Erma even walked me to the lift to help with my heavy dinner set. If only all stores employed caring people maybe online wouldn’t be as tempting. 5 stars

No fuss click and collect from the Myer Hub. Would be a bit more helpful to have the Hub clearly marked. It's a cash register, unlike the ones at other branches that have a dedicated collection counter. The signs point you to the general direction, then stop past it so you had to make an assumption the cash register is the Hub.

Lovely place to go for shopping, the staff is so kind, their are really helpful and friendly, I love myer because ypu can find many brands and the clothes is so modern and also they offer really good service, their are always open to help, highly recommend, I have find there really good sales one week before mother's day

I visited Myer Chatswood on Saturday the 4th of November and I was greeted in the Homewares department by a wonderful new staff member who did everything she could to help us in purchasing some homewares. And she was also helped by her work colleague who was also wonderful in providing her time to serve me.

What an easy and pleasant shopping experience I just had in the Chatswood store. Happy & friendly, not to mention helpful staff.
