Update: They are so understaffed. I saw a poor old lady wandering around calling out for service for ages... along with other customers looking and waiting for service. This happens almost every time I go in a Myer. The staff at this particular store are still kind and helpful when you do find one, but it's obvious how overwhelmed they are. This complain is for the management: Please prioritize your customer service. It's way more important than all the silly advertising strategies and marketing schemes. You are losing loyal customers!! --- Excellent service! And very well stocked with lots of variety of brands. I find it to be better than the other Myer stores around Sydney... not too busy, not too quiet (usually means very limited stock and no staff around to help you). I was looking for some presents and not sure about sizes, and the lady was extremely helpful.

I have been shopping in this particular Myer for the first time recently. I mostly visit Myer to purchase t-shirts and shorts, since brand is many times offering decent discounts. To my surprise I have been followed by security for most part of my visit. I saw that same guy following me for decent 20 minutes, coming around 4 times and even waiting couple of meters behind me while I was paying. Very unpleasant and unprofessional behavior. Honestly I was about to approach him and ask what's the issue. Situation happened of 7/12/2023 between 5.30 and 6 pm on 2nd floor in Men's clothing section. As previous store/general manager for well known retail and hospitality brands, your security needs some serious additional training.

A positive is the store is well stocked. However, what moron decided that only ONE counter in the whole store can process click and collect and refunds for online orders BEFORE XMAS??? Just wasted way too much of my time standing in a queue of 20 people for something that only needed to take 2 mins. Not the fault of staff, who did a good job, but honestly the system of using one counter and two staff for click and collect and online refunds before and after Xmas shows a lack of management foresight.

Worst experience ever! I received a few items as a gift. My friend provided the proof of purchase so I could return or exchange them later. I went to the Macquarie Park center around 6:30 pm 15th Dec, and there was no staff available. After finally finding someone, they opened all the boxes and checked the items inside to see if they were used. They then informed me that I couldn't receive a refund card, which was strange. They asked me to bring the main card that the products were purchased with.

I am giving this 5 star review to Lauren from the Clarins counter and Kathy the beauty section manager for Myer. After waiting for over 45mins for someone from MAC to show up for my makeup, Kathy ran around and helped find me someone else. Lauren from Clarins was lovely and helped with my makeup. A huge thanks to Kathy and Lauren, you were both so helpful and lovely. I am totally turned off by MAC, not one rep onsite at the Myer store and so many disappointed customers waiting to be helped:

My favourite Myer outlet, good that it’s also the nearest Myer from my place. Always full of stocks. Many times I find pieces here that are out of stock in biggest outlets. Always clean and very friendly staffs. The baby room is very comfortable as well. Myer in general is one stop shop. You come here and get everything for your home or yourself. Right from fashion to skincare to makeup, to luggage to baby items and toys. Home decor to cool wear. I love it and would highly recommend

Sale on now. Plenty of goods on display. Customer service virtually non existent. Staff were present but more interested in rearranging stock. Surely when you see customers around, stop and ask if assistance required or a simple hello would not go astray. Take some lessons from Myer Pacific Fair, Gold Coast! Been there numerous times and customers outnumber staff by far compared to Macquarie and yet they deliver on customer service everytime!!!

Pros: Perfect location. Good variety and price range. I like the sale offers here. Have all for men, women and kids. To add the staffs are really good. Grab a coffee or a mill tea and just keep on shopping. Good range of perfumes too. Also the same for shores and designer bags for ladies. Cons: Should give more discounts for regular customers. Also should have seating space.

What a big job in front of this team . Massive centre that has grown haphazardly over the years . Almost a museum of shopping centre development stages. Might be ok if you go there a lot and know where you are going but.... now changing colors of car park levels. Yikes not for me to get lost in.

Was ok, not many staff on hand to assist. Lots of clothing on special, but all the sizes they can't sell. Why when spending $500+ do they ask do you want a $0.15 carry bag! What I'm meant to walk around shopping centre holding items in my hand... just give the customer a bag.

Just bought shot glasses from Myer at Macquarie, but they appear worse than what you get at a Dollar shop The glasses have 2 vertical lines as if they are made in some mould, like one typically sees on very cheap plastic glasses. Highly disappointed.....

Very Good Class Clothing Brand Available which are sorted in a managed way for Easier Shopping. Both Male & Female Perfumes, Luggage, Accessories, etc Available. You can also get Electronics like Vacuum Cleaners or you can get kitchen Equipments.

Bit smaller when compared with the Chatswood store but other than that a standard Myer store. I have found that the staff are friendly and helpful. Sometimes it might be difficult to find someone to get help though. Especially during busy times.

The store covers massive retail space on level 2 & 3. Plenty of brands options in clothing and apparel. Slightly Cheap compared to David jones but overall expensive which is probably because of the high end brands they have on display.
