It's a Meyers store. The quality is good and prices were not too bad. The biggest compliment I have, and the reason I don't go here often is the mountain of strong perfume smells at their entrance. I cannot tolerate that and it gives me a migraine. We shouldn't be subjected to that. Other than that not many complaints.

Terrible inconsistency with information provided by staff. One saying they have stock of a product and another saying they don’t. On the other hand they cannot do price matches on kitchen appliances. But the websites do not specifically state that this is the case. Waste of time.

I really felt bad today. I had bought 3 pairs of these Polos from Werribee pacific approx 3 years ago along with many more cloths. Tag was left on one of the polos which i didn’t bother to ask them . But unfortunately i gave them for free

I have visited Myer several times for shopping and all the time I was quite unhappy with the customer service. I had to wait for an hour to be served and getting products I was looking for. Just today I asked for assistance and the staffs

Truthfully I think this Myer's is discriminatory. As I have noticed unless you are wearing top notch branded clothes, you won't be served and if you are, the service is poor compared to what others that wear classic brands receive.

Myer has really dropped the ball... no staff to assist. Was no better than KMart except the prices are way over priced.. you use to pay for service. Will definitely be giving it a miss from now on

Best experience in Myer, with ANA as my consultant, great costumer service from ANA, 5 stars service if you ever need VERSACE perfumes you have to see her, best recommendations. 10 of 10

Myer will be about to close for therenovation and plan to reopen late this year. Items are on sales and shoppers are rushing to grab luxury stuff at more affordable price.

The shops are top of the range. We went to see the display windows for the kids. They loved it. We went after Christmas so there was no queue.
