I went into this Chemist on Wednesday 26th April. I was very sick at the time and not having much luck with GP and Hospital in identifying what was wrong with me. The three ladies working in the Chemist were so kind and so instantly able to identify my problem, it made me cry in the street after I left, from finding these ladies who genuinely cared and more experienced than the other health professionals who couldn't help me. As it turned out I had a very serious virus which left untreated could have led to my death since I had other underlying health problems too. Due to the information these ladies gave me, I was able to tell my GP that I needed antibiotics and am on the way to recovery. Thank you Ladies. Kindness changes a person's day.

I came in today to ask about a medicine and a really sweet girl in a long brown veil (not sure what it is called sorry!) was extremely helpful and showed me around the shop floor. I ended up buying a ton of things I didn’t realise I could at this pharmacy! Thank you to the girl that helped me and to the team. Will be coming back soon.

Superb pharmacy located by Waitrose car park so easy to get to and park . Good bus routes . The staff are so friendly and very helpful . They have good range of vitamins and all you need from your local chemist .

I recently moved to this pharmacy for my prescription. The customer care is absolutely A1 and the staff are so lovely and friendly. You can get great gifts for Xmas too!
