I unfortunately locked myself out of our house last night. After the first locksmith via Keyme never showed leaving me shivering in my garage for almost a hour, I started looking for another locksmith and found Mystic Locksmith. Lexi was so pleasant and professional…seemed genuinely concerned with my situation and showed up within the estimated timeframe. Lexi provided me two options of entry and I opted for the one that would not damage the lock. Lexi was impressively efficient and solved the problem in less than 10 minutes. The price I was quoted was very reasonable and I was so very thankful for Lexi’s wonderful service that saved the night! I would not hesitate to recommend Mystic Locksmith to anyone. It’s a trustworthy local business that deserves our support!

Moving into a new place with a variety of locks, including digital, and a padlock with no key, we found that we needed timely locksmith services to enable us to secure our new home. Spencer responded immediately to my message via the Mystic website and set up a convenient time to meet at our home. Upon arrival, he and Lexi cheerfully got right to work, professionally, competently and efficiently opening and resetting the electronic locks, re-keying four physical key locks, resolving the padlock problem and producing multiple copies of keys. A couple of the locks had some challenging quirks, but Spencer and Lexi met the challenge. A great, friendly and responsive team right in the Green Lake neighborhood - I highly recommend them.

I used there services when moving into a shared home rental situation. The doors could only be locked from inside the room, and I couldn’t leave my home without leaving my room exposed to every stranger (roommate) I have in the house. They quickly took out old hardware and installed keypad lock. I feel a lot safer in my home now. I also wasn’t able to pay right away and had to transfer some funds, so I really appreciated their attitude and patience with me. Genuinely there to help and felt trustworthy. Make a great team! I’ll gladly use there services again from here on out.

Mystic Locksmith (Spencer and Lexi) were great to work with! We called at 12am about a key getting unstuck from the door. Spencer was quick to pick up the phone, and he gave a reasonable price estimate. They were able to get to us quickly (35 mins) and had great communication while en route. They resolved the issue immediately and even tried to help us find the root of the issue to prevent it from happening again. They were personable and definitely knowledgeable. I’d absolutely recommend them for quick, well-priced, reliable locksmith services.

We had a faulty lock and it trying to fix it I broke the key off in the lock. I checked Google for Locksmiths and found and called Mystic Locksmith about 5pm. Happily they were able to come out right away and had the tools and skills to not only remove the key stub but to actually repair the lock set so it works smoothly again. I asked if they could install 2 new locks for me "while they were there" and they completed that work quickly. Spencer and his associate are friendly and caring and reasonably priced professionals.

The two mystic wizards descended upon my home with extreme haste and, upon declaring that my schlage lock will be harder than average to pick, picked the lock open in a concerning amount of time (approximately 30 seconds). These sorcerers of locks, these witches of sealed passages and stewards of passage revealed the threshold of desire and passion: the door to my home with my keys sitting a'top the counter not but one arm length inside. In the future, I would like to use their skills to unlock my fortnite loot-crates.

Clear case of passing savings onto customers. Simple site, no seo, but they will get you into your house. Called early evening, they arrived in under a half hour. Attempted picking but were willing to try other methods. Friendly the whole time, kept me updated to exactly when they'd be showing up via text, and worked quick. If you're on the fence because this isn't a big company don't be, pick someone local who's trying their hardest and actually cares about doing their job.

Locking yourself out of your car is never a good experience especially when you’re queer and socially anxious. I have very little experience with cars so that’s also always a fear with this stuff. They arrived almost immediately upon calling and got us back in our car in seconds. Incredibly friendly, professional, and generally passionate about what they do. Fears gone instantly ! 100/10 stars we were lucky to find out about them

I had the privilege of locking myself out of my house on a Sunday evening. What fun: Mystic locksmith came by within 25 minutes of calling and provided me a couple different options. The two service operators were polite, straightforward, and did a wonderful job. I felt like they cared about the result of the job and satisfying the customer. I hope I don’t run into this situation again, but if I do I know who tk call.

What a way to start a week, locked out of the house and kids to get to school! Lexi and Spencer were quick and nice to the kids! We called them to get in the lock, and when they saw the type, they immediately began looking for creative ways to get in to ensure they didn’t have to destroy it. They were even willing to brave the dog! We are now Mystic Locksmith loyalists, they are an amazing team!

Mystic Locksmith helped get our key unstuck at midnight. Of the 4 locksmiths we called, only 2 picked up. Spencer gave us both an estimated price and arrival time that ended up being accurate. When they arrived they got the key unstuck immediately and took a look to see if they could fix the problem permanently. The price and service were great - we will definitely use them again if we need to.

These people are good people doing good work. I cannot overstate how helpful and empathetic they were. Spencer and Lexi showed up in record time and got me inside my home. If more people behaved this way in their businesses the world would be better. Sounds like an over exaggeration but I mean it very literally. Good people good work if I ever need help again I know where I am going for it.

Great people! They communicated to me by text which was very helpful as opposed to constantly trading phone calls. I got locked out of my apartment and they arrived on scene really quick and were pretty punctual with the times they said they’d arrive. They definitely know what they’re talking about and we’re able to get me back into my apartment within 15 minutes! Would recommend!

I called them because I locked myself out of my place. I called, they showed up in under 30 minutes, and opened up within 10 minutes and no damage to the lock. Cost was reasonable and they were very pleasant - making the unpleasant circumstances a bit better. They’re local, Spencer both answered the call and showed up for service, and they mentioned they were truly there 24/7.

Friendly couple got my daughter’s car unlocked in a poorly lit parking garage in almost no time at all. Gave us a flat fee quote and that’s what we paid. Very fair and no run-around-long-wait-times like Triple A. Two other places quoted a $29 flat fee with a “sliding scale” depending on an on-site assessment! Red flag! Go with Mystic they are honest, local business people.

I called these guys after my panic bar on my front door fell off at my business at closing on Saturday night. They were my fourth try to get a locksmith out here. Not only did he answer my call personally but they were here within a half an hour and fixed the bar so that I’m able to lock my business and feel safe. Fantastic service.
