If there was a choice for 0 stars, i would give it 0 stars. Today I went to change smaller notes into bigger notes, and was served by Lisa (Teller) whom was disgustingly rude. Her attitude towards customers is atrocious. She complained about notes being folded, and when asking for driver's license, she was extremely impatient. Whilst serving us, she started chatting to her co worker which is very unprofessional. Lisa has zero clue on what customer service is. I don't recommend coming back here.

On my last visit to my NAB branch at the Pines Shopping Centre in Doncaster East, I found a long line of irritated customers, complaining about various forms of banking services disruptions. The bank staff acted professionally, using factual, reassuring information. One member of the staff. the banking advisor Andy Thomas has shown particularly effective helpfulness, working with groups of klients while helping with their individual banking problems. Andy Thomas has my highest compliments.

Went in to fill out a cheque and there was a line of customers going out the door. The kind lady calmly went along to each customer and assured them that the wait won’t be much longer. She took the time to show me how to deposit a cheque through the NAB banking app (which I was unaware of at the time), which meant I didn't have to wait in line. This is what customer service is all about! Great experience

Always a line of 8 plus people. Always a long wait. Many elderly waiting and standing for long periods of time. Have reduced the number of tellers to two. It would seem a discouraging push for online banking by making it inconvenient for people. Today I waited 37mins to take out money over my daily atm limit. The transaction took 3 mins with the teller. What a joke NAB has turned off real customer service.

Branch Manager Averil was exceptional with her professionalism and level of assistance. I was trying to rearrange my current home loans and Averil got my requests fulfilled and completed perfectly without any hesitation, I’m very impressed how she handled everything and I appreciate her efficiency and customer service. I definitely will recommend Averil to all my friends and family. Well Done!

So thankful I came across the team at nab for our home loan they were amazing, highly recommend Andy Thomas from nab, he got things done so quickly!. We bank with a completely different bank and now transferring everything over to them. The process was so fast and easy made buying our new home so easy. Thanks guys

Today I went to this branch to take some money. I been asked what are you going to do with your money. I told them this is my money I don’t like to tell you want I want to do with my money. Manger of this bank call me rude and call the security.
