Only two tellers and a queue of at least 6 - no idea why staff in the office cubicles cannot help those in the queue who have long queries such as setting up new accounts etc so that those who have quick deposits and withdrawals do not have

The security guard has no idea what’s going on. There is a line at the front for the Help line that I stood in for 10 minutes before I realised I needed to line up for the people behind the counter. You need a concierge to direct people.

It's taken about 10+ hours worth of visits, wasting time at the branch to rectify multiple issues with internet and mobile banking because the accounts and customer ID have not been setup correctly on the initial visit with the manager.

I was on a cruise and I caught Covid again I was at sea and was placed in Isolation for 6 days. I found out that a block had been placed on my Eftpos card, which added to my stress. For 4 days I tried to contact the Fraud Dept.who

So far No direct telephone number or email to a proper CUSTOMER SERVICE. On top of things the branches close early and are closed on SATURDAYS. !!! The chat line is a waste of time

First time I have used this branch. The Security guard was extremely helpful in assisting me to make an electronic cheque deposit. Thanks for the assistance it was much appreciated

No such thing as customer service at this branch! A thing of the past. Tellers have no personality
