I called the NAB call centre late last week to make an appointment at this branch. I was told that I would be called or emailed to confirm the appointment. I didn't get any reply from NAB.... the call centre person said the branch would get the message .... NAB needs to improve their system....not good enough .... So I had to go to the branch ...on a weekday morning.... fortunately for me there was only one senior citizen in front of me at the time .....got to speak to the only counter staff working at the time....who made an appointment for me to see someone later in the afternoon..... In the afternoon it was getting busy ....but on the positive side the staff member who did my appointment was professional ........... So if you need an appointment at this branch you'll have to go in and get them to book it at the counter.... Don't trust the call centre staff....best to get a morning appointment if you can

Didn’t expect knidness but at least staff shouldn’t have showed offensive attitude toward customers. Visited this morning to close one of my business accounts that is not used any longer. I gave all the details to a staff whose name is sarah but she failed to find the account that I could obviously see on my nab app. Since the beginning of conversation and whenever she requested further information, I felt unpleasant and horribly offended by her attitude. Finally she found the account and closed it, however, she didn’t provide any explanation of the duration of finalising or confirmation or anything at all. Seemed like customers are of no importance to nab.

The fact that Michael Ivanyl is known as a “customer advisor” is ironic. The only advice I got today was that he wasn’t able to transfer funds for me (ummm, isn’t that what a bank does?) without charging me more fees. He was rude and obnoxious and clearly desperate to close up- probably to get home to watch MAFS. I get better service from the NAB chat bot, and that’s exactly where I recommend NAB customers go to get any customer service. NAB, please hurry up and upgrade your AI so that Michael can formally be made redundant - which is what he already is.

RAISSA is way way better than the first one. She is so patient and acomodating. We love how she approach us and try her best for us to have the best and perfect transaction. Thumbs up to you Raissa.

Hiya NAB Malvern, Just wanted to give the very nice man working in the branch yesterday (Wed 8 Feb 23) some feeback. I was in to pay my rent and again the particulars of my address as ref details didn't come up :-{ so the property managers didn't know it was me that paid rent. Just wanted to let him know that the way he's doing it is not working. I called the 13 22 65 number to try and pass on a message but was told that as I'm not a customer they could not do so!

There is actually no easy way to find out if this branch is open. They don't have a phone number, the open hours are not correct on Google. How does a customer simply "call the branch" or double check opening hours. Other NAB branches around me I have driven to and they simply have a sign saying not open until the 16th of Jan. Do I have to drive to more to find out the same thing? Terrible customer experience.

Faulty ATMS. Terrible experience. Deposited $155 into the machine before it crashed. Was advised that this happens a lot and they would get a technician out and resolve in the afternoon. Nothing has been done and no one picks up the phone or can help on the chat as they are unauthorized. There is no way to get my money back. Please don't use their ATM's, they are complete scams.

Awful bank, terrible customer service we spend millions a year with them through our business and will be moving. Sent from Richmond branch to this branch as they were 'busy' and got here and they are closed. No apology or anything, just a bad bank.

Once again treated very poorly by staff at this branch. Basically simple enquiries all too difficult and just told that the service I was asking about didn’t exist so that I would go away!

My advice is go to a different bank, NAB have become slow and worse since it moved to the old Comm bank location. Old staff have left and new staff got no idea what they are doing.

Waiting in line with 1 staff member at the counter and the other playing with a baby for 5 mins. Customer service is non existent. What a joke.
