On Google map, the location for the national library Lagos branch is wrong. This is the correct address for the library. I went to the for ISBN. You might miss the national library if you don't look closely at the numbers on buildings. This is because the sign saying National Library is broken off. The staffs that attended to me were nice. The process of obtaining an ISBN number is now better than the reviews I Read on the internet. The Process includes: * Means of identification (there is photocopy unit in the library for photocopies) * Application letter * N2657.50 to be paid to a bank as directed by whoever attends to you. * N500 to be paid inside the office * you will get your ISBN via text message Note: After production, you will be required to bring back 4 copies of your book back to the library. I rated the library 3 because it's still functional and effective, however it can be better. The buildings are dilapidated.
Pleasant people. Space for parking, greens and spacious grounds. Desperately underfunded and in need of MAJOR renovation. Really sad , bvis they have an immense pool of resources. Some publications on the Nigerian Arts for example you won't find anywhere else. Same must be true for quite a few other areas. Such a pity. Really nice staff
It's a very important establishment but yet not kept so, the facilities are old and dilapidated, under funded and in this time and age they still have and uses old and obsolete technology but even then the staff are doing everything possible to keep up and in tune with the current trends of things.
Facilities are OK but Poor publicity. Very difficult to locate. No sign post or bill board. Spent over an hour asking for direction for a place that is a 10 min walk from where I was.
The edifice is undergoing renovation, the staff and clients relation are supper and they are ready to assist the publisher to realize their dream.
Not the best, but just okay for once in a while reading. I typically like the outdoor seating plan with a shed. Feel nature while you read
It was a little difficult to spot but the staff there were helpful.
Perfect. I love it
It was nice
