I would rate no stars. I called regarding a prescription that my pharmacy is out of stock of. The man Jag on the line went to confirm with the someone else, Manmeet and they said "If they are not a patient with us, tell them no we don't have it". Jag came back to the line and told me "uuh we looked around and we don't have it." I mentioned that I heard their entire conversation as he hadn't muted the call. Who denies patients from medication?! I was going to have my prescription sent over by my other pharmacy. I had called black later on a blocked number, they only answered my call then. And wanted to know what medication dose I needed and said they didn't have it. But I wouldn't trust them. I would get a regulatory body to audit this pharmacy, now knowing they lie. I would avoid this pharmacy

Terrible service. The staff is so unprofessional. The Punjabi speaking girls that work there are so rude. They miss place Patient’s medicine and can be so careless about it On top they tell you to come back tomorrow for pick up. They don’t care how important is the medication to the patients. Absolutely filthy. They call you in the morning to come pick up meds but when you get there to pick up they all go wondering around looking for this medication. After fighting with them about 2 and half hours they finally gave me some left over open bottle to take home.

My experience is only on vaccine: They have a nice doctor, but a dirty and narrow vaccination place. If you are going to take a vaccine and you prefer neat and clean places (chairs are so dirty), then never think about it. If you focus on the doctor knowledge and treatment, he is a well rounded ad respectful guy.

My mother has been receiving daily medication dispensing to her home. What a great service. The nurse who comes is knowledgeable, kind but firm with her. We receive regular check-up calls as well from the pharmacy...to update on any changes and to monitor her status. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

The pharmacist (Mustafa) who provided my flu and COVID shot was very kind, and thoughtfully explained everything to me before providing vaccines. These were the least painful injections I’ve received. I’ll come here for all my vaccines moving forward.

I went in this week for a flu shot. Online booking was simple. Thank you to the pharmacist Jason, he was friendly and made me feel at ease. The flu shot was quick and painless. I will definitely come again next time.

There've been too many incidents with regards to poor communication and unorganized workers. This is not on one case but, many different times where I've had to keep going back and forth. Incredibly frustrating!

Had my AZ vaccine here. Pharmacist was very helpful addressing some of my concerns and detailed what type of reaction to watch out for. Website was easy to navigate and I was able to book my appointment easily.

I got my covid shot here today and the lady was not wearing gloves and did not sanitize her hand. Misplaced the bandaid on the site that I got injected. Please train the staff there for infection control.

Poor customer service. No one even acknowledge that you are waiting to speak with someone. Let alone attending the customer, no one even make a eye contact to a knowledge you
