Been going there for a while with scripts and this was a first. A lady that seemed to be having a bad day at the office assisted us. She looked once at the script and said it's wrong and went on about the law. Apparently due to it being schedule 6 (six) drug the number of tablets written on script must be in alphabetic and numerical (that's what it's called not written for the lady that assisted us). I calmly said OK thanks went to another pharmacy with same script and got the meds. Please keep your service levels like how they always were, disappointing.

I want to thank Shereen and Vinod for what they did for me. My husband was in desperate need of blood pressure pills and I wasn't able to get them despite standing in line for them from 7.20am yesterday for over 5 hours due to short supplies. Shereen who doesn't know me from a bar of soap went out of her way to get the medication to me last night. There is no limits to kindness and I encourage everyone to support this pharmacy.

Very unorganized and pushing customers around because they had a inspector in the pharmacy. Been there the second time and definitely my last. Pharmacist was able to pick up certain dependents and not others on my medical. Came home without even being able to get my baby sister her meds. First time encountering this at a pharmacy.

What a great experience ranging from the friendly service, awesome wellness program and excellent staff who know their business. I had an awesome chat with the Pharmacist Anesh who gave me great advice and I would recommend going to Newlands City Pharmacy if you ever need quality and personalized expertise.

Every aspect of my experience was pleasant. The staff was very kind and walked me through the entire process that ultimately delivered a perfectly timed, appropriately packaged medication to my doorstep. Everything went smoothly and I would gladly use Newlands City Pharmacy again.

Not even sending chronic medications and so wish I could give them 0 stars and so slow at delivery when we needed medicantion they did not deliver it they took so long we went to pick them up. VERY POOR SERVICE !!HATE THATTHEM IDIOTS …

I met all the staff at this Pharmacy, very professional, caring and helpful, stuff they don't have in stock now if possible the will get it the same day. The service of this dedicated people make you feel like a family and that I will never forget.

Best pharmacy in Newlands. The staff is friendly and Anesh (pharmacist nd owner) is very kind, sweet nd helpful. He also knows so much about medications

Poor service. Everyone looks at each other and talks stories instead of helping customers. Don't waste your money and time on this pharmacy.
