When my power supplier installed a smart meter in my new home and it was discovered that the old solar system wasn't working, I sought a referral from a trusted source to repair or replace it. It is imperative in this relatively new industry to obtain a quality reference. NG Elec then proved to be amazing from start to finish in removing the old system and installing new solar panels and inverter, and upon their recommendation, an appropriately sized battery, which I now agree is essential. From part way through my first full billing cycle (whilst in residence) when my projected bill was in the many hundreds, I am over $100 in credit and the prediction for the next cycle is many hundreds more. Nathan and his team are extremely friendly, courteous as well as professional at their job. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Nathan and the Team at NG Electrical came to quote for our Solar prior to christmas. Not only was the system installed promptly, they were considerably cheaper than other quotes we received. Their support and service from quote to installation was fantastic. They ensured all the necessary provisions were made, Nathan attended site to ensure a neat and quick installation of the Solar and to also show us the operations of the system. He showed up exactly when he said he would, he was friendly and patient with my total lack of understanding of electrical terms, and able to explain it all to me.
