Very poor service! They don’t actually care about costumers. We have ordered tickets for a office tour to India though them. They should have work with embassy and us the visa on time but they failed and we had to rush to Indian embassy at last date and take the visa approval. No one from travel agent even came to embassy with us.they just ask us to go there and explain our urgency and take the visa. We have given them all documents one week prior but they didn’t check until last time.there was some corrections we had to do but if they check it prior and let us know this would not happen.

Tour done through Nkar, thanks to Mr. Mahesh & Theshan, for arranging the hotels and the vehicle. We were 9 and had the best of time. Mr. Sampath Guide/Driver, gave us a wonderful tour showing us around Sri Lanka, and also Mr. Dananjaya for the bus tour to Yalla & Galle. 15 days tour. Thanks again. Travelled two weeks through Sri Lanka with our group. Very comfortable, reliable and flexible tour company. We saw a lot. The must see tourist places as well as (very) local spots. Our guide, Nalaka is a gem and very flexible towards any requests. Excellent English skills and a true passion for Sri Lanka. Highly recommend them.

Very poor customer service, customer support and user experience. They are unable to provide sound visa advice and give any support you may need. They do not maintain proper communication with the client and keeps making sad excuses for their shortcomings. If you need any visa advice and support this is not the place to go.

Once I asked for a quotation. But they never replied me even I called and asked again (Just said, they are working on that). Still no reply.

We used NKAR's services last month. They have a Racist driver/guide by the name of ROHANE. Beware of him!!!...Indians should not use him!!!
