Their lack of accountability only compounded my frustration and anxiety throughout the process. Financial Consequences: The delay caused by their inaction led to significant financial consequences for me. As I held off on necessary currency conversions, the USD/CAD exchange rate weakened, resulting in unexpected financial losses that could have been avoided with timely action from NVC – Abogados. The experience we had with Sergio Vargas has been absolutely incredible from the start to the end. When we first contacted his agency we booked a 45 minute zoom meeting and right away we knew that he was very knowledgeable and experienced with real estate purchases in Peru. This lawyer is obviously incompetence personified. I tried to contact him several times by email. After the fourth time he wrote back. He wasn't able to spell my name correctly (copy-paste would help) and when I asked for more detailed information he didn't write back. His English skills are a disaster. To be honest, I couldn't find his licence to practise law anywhere. So I can recommend everyone with a clear conscience to avoid this person, saves time, money and above all headaches.
