Employees are the owners and she is NASTY the husband goes along with her cause she seem to where the pants. Went there 3xs and I will NEVER return machines are dirty on top, some of the dryers don't lock closed. parking is available but the owners use 2 spot for there cars and there's only 5 spaces do your laundry across the street is bigger the parking lot is HUGE AND nobody bothers you plus there machine are newer.

They hog half of the washer and dryers to clean for their Spa Castle customers which results in a lot of waiting for local folks. They genuinely do not care about customers like us because most of their business is from Spa Castle. And their employees have an attitude and will yell at their customers.

Its pricing is reasonable, theres plently of machines. Theres very limited parking during the day and especially at night. Also because its open 24 hours the owner does all the laundry drop-offs at night so most of the big machines will be used by him.

I love the place employees and owners are very friendly..parking is always available and if they don't have a spot they take their cars out so you can park inside,machines are always clean travel from kew gardens to this place. I highly recommended....

In these times of pandemic and the majority of people without protection in the establishment, and the person in charge does not notify them that they must use protective measures, the laundry is very dirty, I was there all morning washing

I washed clothes at this store and was stolen from a coat. I went to the staff to report the situation and asked to watch the video surveillance. As a result, the staff said that the video equipment could not be used, it was unacceptable,

clean... friendly staff...wifi decent... parking... somewhat affordable... machines in working order... overall it's good. under new management as of this review /new hours plus prices changed ..see photos ALSO last wash 21:30 no phone

If you are gone use this laundry think twice before you leave you clothes and shoes unattended. thefts are all over this pace, they stole $120 shoes from me.

Love that there so spacious. I like there machines they have small, med and large load. If you go early you don't have to wait.

Used to be great but they have decreased water in the washers and heat temperature in the dryers

They close at 12, I was washing there and they closed me and left my clothes inside!
